Usually , vinegar is added .. In Malaysia , some restaurants do serve onion pickles with various types of roti .. The pickles consists of mainly onions with a little big green chillies and a little small green chillies .. Its in water and vinegar with more vinegar , sugar and salt added and also some red colour added ..
