Yes but the thing is, if Spider-Man 4 is going to be a brain rot multiversal film, then it’ll leave scarcely NO room to explore Peter Parker’s social life. It’s all gonna be Spider-Man. And we NEED to explore how Peter is dealing with his past life being ripped away from him, and how hard it is to keep the not-so-very-thin line between Spider-Man and Peter Parker intact. This isn’t something I personally want, it’s something the ending of NWH hinted at. The ending of NWH set up, clearly and concisely, the inner conflict Peter will have to face. But now they just abandon that for the sake of the multiverse? If this indeed is a multiverse film, then I have a feeling what’ll be sacrificed in order to make that happen is Peter’s character development.
