I miss my coyote. The most well trained and intelligent companion I ever had. I am blessed to still have two of his children with my German shepherd, sadly both the parents have since passed away. I miss them every day. So playful, so intelligent.
@@robotzombie4754 best companion I ever had, my homegirl has two wolves, an all white Makenzie and a grey timber. We get them together to run like a pack whenever we can. Very intelligent, very well trained, super friendly and when they give hugs they are standing eye to eye with you.

My late husband told me that Petey our dog, he had him before me, ran with wild coyotes on the ranch. That just blew my mind that they saw him as one of them. He looked like a dogo argentino. He was over 16 years old when I had to put him to sleep a couple of days ago. My heart hurts real bad, but it's interesting to see the interaction here and makes me wonder what Petey was doing with this pack.
I herd from a news source on RUclips, that there was a stay dog in Nevada who was living with the coyotes. They treated him as one of the pack. The humans named him ghost
I had one from SF Valley that's fernando. He was Collie and coyote a farm dog. The coyote came at night made kids and left. My roommate had one and couldn't deal with Him Buff was His name. I did He died of old age many years later what a friend He didn't run like regular dogs He bounded. Jumped kinda still He was Fast!He was chasing a deer and looked at me asking If . I said ok he wasn't hungry just playing. He bounced through the brush caught the deer and bit it on the butt then came back to me. I would love to clean up those dens and make it safer for Cats. I can't do it I like and Respect them.
The neighboring farm to mine has a blood hound. That damn thing runs with the local coyote pack. almost every night. He runs with them and bays his head off trailing game for them. They follow him. I swear it on my life. And he’s been doing it for a couple years now. You’ll hear him coming. , and if you stay and wait , you’ll hear them trailing. And they’ll catch up and go all over. I can spot light them and see a pack trailing 20 feet behind him as he’s nose to the ground in a full trot. I bet they eat well behind his nose.
I went to a sanctuary in Florida that sheltered wolves, wolf dogs , other animals and coyotes. I was able to interact with them, but most especially the coyotes. They were adorable and funny. We played fetch and loved on each other. Coyotes get such a bad rep and killed just for fun. No animal deserves such treatment.
How lucky you are. I had a coydog and miss her soo much. Mom was Chow Chow so we called her a "Chowyote". The intelligence and trainability is unmatched. Mine would react on hand signals. Best dog I have ever owned. Of course raising her alongside a Husky helped too.

All creatures on this planet respond to love and affection. I have and still do help all animals in need, fostered babies from skunks, raccoons , Possums, bob cats, foxes, dogs , cats and many birds. All were loving.
Ever hear of personality? That's like saying every human thinks the same, canines are intelligent enough and have plenty of brain capacity to make up individual personalities. They're not like an earth worm or parasite that has a one tract genetic code of survival and reproduction.
It seems to me, they are kinda "playfighting", who can be closer to the owner. Like sitting closer to the big boss in any businessmeeting is some kind of higher status or rank... Or like daddy likes me more. No me. No me... 😂❤
Not sure what the problem is, if any. Our two German Shepard (4yrs,male ,2yrs,male) play like this. Sometimes the older one plays submissive, sometimes the younger one does. There's always some mopey grunting involved though.
I know that they are not related but it's pretty funny how my Siberian Huskies act just like the coyote in your videos. The whole body language is the same as well
Man I can't help myself that mutt is Exquisite. I am very hard pressed to say that. I have cats on the edge of town. We have coyotes All over I bring them in at night but sometimes... I am tempted to go to the den and blast the stuffing out of them. I can't they are too neat and belong here also. They remind me of smart dogs I have known. I can't stand it but they are safe from me I like them too much to do anything other than observe and maybe I'll get a picture or two. Your Puppy is great and seems kinda happy. That Counts.. I remember Toby a full-blooded coyote that I raised from a pup, he was friendly until there was food in his dish!!✌️ 👹 Each one has a different personality just like dogs, they're not all as friendly as Scooby-Doo!!

@Barbara Hill In most cases people would just release them. People used to try to keep everything. I knew a guy who tried to raise coons for pets. He got bit a LOT. Another lady had a skunk for a pet. The skunk was really nice and gentle. But it stunk so bad you could smell their house from the road... lol.
I'm not going to lie it's mind-blowing to Mia watching you sitting there next to that thing. I'm not going to change but love it. every time I see one I reach for a firearm.

That's the nicest looking coyote I've ever seen. A lot more fluffy than most.
Their "fluffiness" is determined by how cold it is where they live because their bodies will evolve as they grow to match their climate.

That coyote is an ornery little guy. I knew a lot of people back in the 80s who would try to raise a pup. It never really worked out for them.

My mother brought a puppy home that she found, turned out to be a coyote, was a 16 yr long relationship. I miss her she was a great dog.
