I think the reverb tail sound is a delay on 1/1 time with diffusion enabled and a filter to cut the highs of the wet signal. For diffusion you can use the native instruments Replika plugin which is free. But you got pretty close
yeah that's what what I was trying to get at at the end of the video, every time I've sen him do sound design he does SO much in Serum, I think I just overly complicated things haha

Sounds to me like upwards compression before the reverb with a really slow release time. I think he might be using something like shimmer
he's probably just using the built in multi band better than I was

I think only the last 3 notes are with a delay or there is a sidechain with a delay and reverb.
