I went to have lunch at the Italian restaurant "Wasabi" in Hobara-cho, Date City, Fukushima Prefecture. For over 20 years, this restaurant has been operating under the philosophy of "local production for local consumption" (SDGs). The food was very delicious and made use of local ingredients. This time I had the 2,550 yen lunch course, which is only available on weekdays.
