Some of you were complaining that this does not work anymore, I uninstalled my game, tried it again and as of 2/5/24 it works fine. Be aware that it does not work with pirated copies.
If its not working can you post an update video. Had the mod but ever since the last update the mod doesnt work anymore.

You need to download cheat engine for wildlands, and also use the CT version.
In order to properly install, drag and drop the easyanticheat folder from the CT version into wildlands, replacing the easy anti cheat folder in the wildlands directory
There should be a tutorial somewhere in order to properly download wildlands
All right, so for anyone trying this. This video is a bit out of date. Just download the files, take the files out of the "Drag me" folder, and ignore the other one. I didn't need it. Then drag the anti cheat ones into the games normal anti cheat folder. Click replace. Now drag the remaining files into the main "Wildlands" folder replace again if it pops up. Now launch the game. it may take a minute to get past the starting session, but it'll happen. For me, an error will pop up. I'll click cancel, then click launch again, and it'll work. I can make a video if enough people are struggling. I got it to work, and im playing it through xbox gamepass on PC

i literally just bought the game on pc because of this mod... just to find out it got patched out and doesnt work anymore smh.

@@dantelautaro2471 i have the ubi version and i swear it worked the very first time i actually got into game, but since hasnt. now I'm wondering if its a cache issue or something. bc I know FOR a FACT i had it for like 2 hours and then closed the game and havent since then.
Edit; im sure it doesnt matter much but i got the epic version on sale and when u dl the entire 68 or so gigs it immediately prompts u to dl the entire game again on ubi, which has just now allowed me access, surprise that was.... lol just talking aloud. no idea what if any thing that changes

The mod I wish was a thing is: "all optics on all guns". I think its beyond stupid how the lmgs cant take any decent optics like a Comp m4, acog or anything.
Well I mean, a bunch of noguns made the game lmao
More annoying is how tons of guns like the SCAR, 416, etc, have an annoying bug where the customization menu has the optics in a correct position, but then ingame they are forward by like 10 rail slots.
Hey, I downloaded this mod and it's great, but I have one issue. When I use the drone and try to zoom in the camera, I can see it in the third-person camera, and when I zoom out, the camera returns to its original state. Do you have any advice on how I can fix this?

thanks, this was so easy. - just tried it in coop, and when in FpV one person controls both players.. but when in 3rd person it runs normally.. thats really sad you cant play it like this in coop :(

If you get a bug where when you switch to fpv and it goes to weavers perspective for some reason, just turn temmatss off, quit to main, load it back up, then turn them back on

okey okey, so right now if you download the exe, and you open the main folder, you should find another one called "drag and drop this folders content into yo game directory", and so you do that, open that folder and replace the archives in the folder + adding the one called shaders, the game will launch after that

i just followed the video step by step and now when i try to launch GRW via the .exe it says it cant launch because of the anticheat not sure what to do at this point

How to install mod files? Cheat engine version 2.2?
as the read me says:
1: Download Desired Version
2: Back up Files to be replaced (or just verify your game files to uninstall)
3: Drag and drop the files into your game directory. (just into \Wildlands\)
4: Launch Game and Have Fun.
there are the DLL files in the sunbeam folder, do these go directly into "easy anti cheat folder" or /wildlands?
the GRW.CT, does that go in the main /wildlands folder?
the other folder says drag all out into /wildlands so obvs

When I tried to put the EAC stuff in the folder, it said there were already files by those names in the folder, asking if I'd like to replace them. You didn't mention anything about that in this video. Do I need to replace those files?
Also, is there any chance that this might risk a ban from multiplayer? I haven't touched multiplayer in a few years, but I do plan to get back into that side of the game at some point. Co-op and mercenary mode.
yes replace the files. it shouldnt ban you, all you are doing is changing your view, youre not doing anything to anyone joining your team

Can anyone assist me? When I download the first person mod from Nexus I think I hit copy link and now when it downloads it just has a Internet explorer picture instead of a zipped up file and it just refreshes the page. I cant seem to fix this...

if you bought wildlands on steam and the game is installed on steamapps/common.....
if u try to unninstall the mod by replacing the original files you wont be able to play the game
idk if i messed anything up or idk but i had to go on steam and verify integrity of files and reaquire some files in order to play again without the mod
about playing online with the mod i found myself kicked by EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) all the time so you probably wont be able to do so with the mod installed
there are additional easy anti cheat files in the "dll source-credit to Sunbeam for anticheat fix" Folder which will allow you to play online I believe.
please help mine says unrecognized game client cannot continue
The mod isn't functional for me, i've tried several times but the game just hangs at the launching screen.
(If you need to fix the game again you gotta go to Properties --> Installed Files --> Verify integrity to set it back to normal)

Hey I’m trying to get this mod but evrey time I’ve tried it doesn’t work. I created a backup for the real grw.exe and the anti cheat files then dragged the modded ones into my game files. When I try to start the game it won’t start and I keep getting an error

The mod says it supports leaning in ADS, but I haven't figured it out yet, any clues? I play with a controller, and I tried to find it both on my controller and the keyboard bindings.
They're referring to the automatic leaning when peaking corners from cover

How do you adjust the atrocious FOV. The modder gives the most vague instructions.
Whenever I open the game I get stuck on the “Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildlands” starting screen on my desktop and its just frozen there. Ive tried reinstalling the whole game but whenever I put on the mod it just does that

There was a recent update for Wildlands on pc and now this mod no longer works. Hopefully the mod developer can fix this

So when you toggled to first person like how the game normally allows you to, there wasn’t any bugs or the head glitching and being in the way? Downloading the game (and going to be playing it for the very first time) and was highly considering getting this mod. I’m hoping it’ll work without the prerequisite of needing a flare gun. You can use this mod at the very beginning of the game, right?
Because I’m the type of player that wants first person all the time with a very minimal/no HUD for maximum immersion.

Imma be honest, the dev should've added all of these in the beginning to BP and Wildlands. It just so logical... for immersion and for the realism community. Man the game could've been so much better

How can I delete this mod? My aiming in third person is messed up due to the modeling of my character, and I can’t stand with having to reach all the way over to 0 just to aim without my entire body getting in the way
you can change it to a mouse button on the side for quick stuff

Totally. I just started using it and ohhh my God it changes the game entirely. I really hate this third person trend that has or had afflicted games. Make 3rd person optional if you have to make it at all.
After install the mod and click launch button in GRW, it says Online session creation failed.

Yes it still works. If all else fails, reinstall the game, and start from scratch, firstly, try just adding the modded "grw" file into your games directory, sometimes you don't need the anti cheat (depending on the version of your game) but most of the time you do, to do that, open up the "easy anti cheat" folder in your games directory, and add in the 2 easy anti cheat files included with the mod, there is also a separate file in the mod folder (the one where the mod creator credits the person who gave them the updated anti cheat) that contains additional "easy anti cheat" files. Add those in as well, and then open the game from your file directory (double click on the "grw" application file) if done correctly you should be in first person. Personally I changed the key bind, but default for me was "0" hope this helped 👍
Oh also to add onto that, my issue was I was using the wrong mod version. Use exe version if you're on steam or Ubisoft.

You need a file extraction like 7zip or WinRaR. They are free!

You have to replace the files by dragging them into the file.

How to play without the mod and then again with the mod
Before replacing the files, make ake a back-up of the files that are going to be replaced and just switch it out.
What ruins the game for me is when the camera spins when backing up just a little. Is there a way to stop that?
Try to change the sensitivity.
