He said it was a cool china, but not just what he would normally use, since the china he does normally use wasn't in stock at the moment. He said it would work and he was happy to play on it. im so happy with them picking up david to play his style fits for today perfect and i love how his setup is not exaggerating but its just right!! he is an amazing person i met him in orlando and i got one of his sticks as 15 year old that means the world to me!! i cant wait to see for today again!!!
I honestly do miss their old drummer some, just because he's been with them so long. BUT, what I like about this guys better, he has more emotion when he plays, he moves and rocks out and has a blast doing it. It was harder to see on the other guy. Both are great as drummers though :)
That's what practicing 2 hrs a day...instead of doing homework...for 12 years or so will do for you. (He started at age 1.) Really good sound cymbals. Actually the whole set sounds killer.

Quassan Scanes Weather you play with in ears or not. That had nothing to do with skill... I play with in ears at my church and when I play with my band live I usually only stick to floor monitors.

It's also he's playing live so you might play different than on the actual album maybe am wrong but that's what I think..
