If people don't like that this is a sponsored video they don't have to watch it. Everyone's gotta make money somehow and why not do it by working with companies that you like. I think sponsored videos have gotten a bad rap due to some youtubers shilling products you know they wouldn't use but I trust you guys so it's all good. It's so exciting that you got to meet and interview Michael Smith!
Hello from Blighty! I'm a Kiwi/Aussie who lives in the UK. I'd never heard of Michael Smith, but will deffo check him out, he's easy on the eye too! ;) I'm a much better cleaner than I am cook, so need all the help I can get! I too am not a fan of sponsored vids, but Melissa's aren't the real hard-sell type, and she and Chad gotta pay the bills too y'know!

Oh Gosh! I love this guy! I always watched his home show when his son was a baby. He had such a calming way about him in the kitchen when cooking. No flustered, banging about nut...but the best chef I've ever watched cook. And CLEAN. I loved it when he tasted a dish he had this little stainless crock with spoons as testers. Never taking the spoon he was stirring with tasting and dipping it back into the pan. He'd drop the used spoon into the sink and if he tasted another dish he'd always reached for a clean spoon. I absolutely loved his kitchen! The view was stunning, too.

talk about bonus points!! I cook for fun and since I am single it's hard to cook well for one. I always have extra or better yet I plan to share with the bartenders and baristas I know. Any non menu items are a big hit since if you seen one bar menu, you have pretty much seen them all. RUclips is where I get most of my meal ideas. I cook well so most recipes are just a list of ingredients and a very broad outline for what I plan on cooking. At least we got the name right.

How do you clean a backpack and how do you keep it organized
I got a sample of Cascade Platinum. Love it! I won't use anything else! Tried OxiClean tablets. They were okay.. But no comparison to Cascade Platinum. I have also tried no name brands and didn't use more than one before chucking. Only other brand I desire to try is from Amway. Other than that it's cascade platinum for me!!
Do you have a video or tips on how to successfully clean dishes/organize them in the dis rack if you don't have a dish washer? Hate doing dishes. Need an easier way to like it a little better and not get soaked lol.
Great cleaning tips here when cooking. Good stuff. I'm not Canadian, but I know Michael Smith. Reruns of the cooking show he did at his house when his son was about 2 or 3 and the other show, Chef At Large, come on here in the States. Boy, he was much younger when those shows were filmed. I see gray in his stubble now, lol. Michael Smith is actually American, but he became a Canadian citizen many years ago.

For example, I can't stand seeing dirty dishes or rooms or washrooms. I want to clean it ASAP lol. I recently cleaned my room and it changed so much, looks like I moved in :P You helped me so much, and I used your tip about the micro fibre cloth under the swiffer stick, instead of buying more of those white cloths, I use the micro fibre cloths now :D

I really used to love Clean My Space, but I feel it's all becoming a big commercial. Quite disappointing. And now Michael Smith, integrity -1. P.S. Never tried Cascade Platinum, but after Cascade with Dawn - it leaves so much dish soap flavour on dishes especially plastic containers - I wouldn't even try it.

This one was still interesting and informative. Additionally, the production values of all the CMS videos are very high, which makes watching them more enjoyable. That takes a lot of work. You folks need to lighten up.
