- So many have been trying to crack the code on how to "hold their teams accountable." This concept of accountability has almost become a buzzword in leadership and workplaces today.
In fact, it is probably the most talked about, but least understood concept for most leaders.
In this video, I clarify the 4 main factors that make up a mindset that operates in a high state-of-accountability.
Why is this mindset so important? Accountability is the biggest predictor of someone's success and happiness at work.
By understanding these four factors and where we step down in our thinking around them, we are better able to understand ourselves and then how to lead others to choose accountability over a victim-mindset.
