Mama, you are giving me hope with every video I watch!!! I celebrate 60 in April and I'm determined to be fit and healthy again and back to 105 lbs! I absolutely love your content and delivery!!! Hi Mama Tenny, Whew! I thought you might take a bite or two, saying it was too sweet, but your little tiny body ate the whole thing. That's an excellent way to remind people to think before they bite. Like you said cico. Great video! I've never had a Cinnabon either. You have to love working out for a very long time to justify eating one. Proud of you, you did it! Now, take the rest of the week off, lol. 💖
Wow, I really enjoyed this experimental video! I love how your videos are always entertaining and super educational! Crazy how easy calories can go in vs out😵
I thought it was going to take you two days to burn it up at least! I like to compare what other real foods I could be eating like a Cinnabon vs steak. One bun = 4 steaks - which...i can't imagine eating four steaks at once. Or Cinnabon vs broccoli ... 1 bun = 35 cups of chopped broccoli....I would surely burst ! lol
You did great Nancy. I knew it was going to take a while but over 5 hours!! You are a warrior! Gosh how many people who try to monitor their calories do this as habit on a regular day and havent set a 5 hours aside to try and burn it off or deduct some calories from the rest of their daily meals to try and off the impact of the treat they've picked up. I would agree, a treat is fabulous but definitely not worth it for someone who is trying to balance CICO on a daily basis. The sugar and fat content themselves were crazy. Did you find you had lots of energy for the initial workouts as a result of the high sugar content?
Hi Sarah, I’d say the sugar high didn’t last too long😂 I started after lunch but was surprisingly still wanting dinner even after all those calories! When the phrase “empty calories” is bandied about they must have been talking about this!
The caption snagged me, lol. I love healthy foods - genuinely prefer healthy eating, and never eat fast food - NEVER. But, OMG, my sweet tooth is my downfall. The mouth-watering emoji - 🤣😂This was such a great vid, thank you for the perspective and the inspo!! I'm wondering about the calorie burn you're quoting - they all seem very low compared to Google's results . . . but maybe you're including your low weight as part of the calc?
I have to say that I don’t have a sweet tooth, phew!! But offer me a bag of chips…😂 And yes, you’re right, I’m 5’5” and 110 pounds so it takes longer for me to burn the cals. Doesn’t seem fair! 😘

How many calories is that one? - less than yours. 😄 That is the perfect answer ☺️. This is a pretty epic moment since it's your first ever. I was wondering how you would go with it being so sticky but a fork is a brilliant idea. I have OCD so sticky foods would freak me out. It's crazy isn't it how long it takes to burn calories verses eating them. I remember Will's older video of the 10,000 calories. Really doesn't make it worth it eh. Foods like that leave me feeling pretty gross and sluggish anyway. You did well to eat it and push through all that exercise. I hope you slept well after it. 😊♥️
I was really feeling bad for you while you took the first bite and said it was really sweet, and then after your first few exercises when you still had a long ways to go. Can you imagine doing one of the 10,000 calorie challenges? I imagine part of it is you're a small person and I think it takes us a lot longer to burn calories than those with greater body weight. Well done video! May I ask how you felt the next day?
Funny you should mention the 10,000 Kathryn because Will said to me that eating the one high calorie food wasn’t enough and yet look!!! You’re right though, it takes a lot more for me to burn than say, my husband! We go walking and he’s burned 800cals to my 300! I was pretty tired the next day I have to admit! Thx for watching 😘
@@MamaTenny I can't imagine doing 10,000 calories in a day! You did well on this. It was a neat concept and variation of the eating challenges. 😂🤣 I was hiding I suppose!!! I’m still shocked how long that took me to burn off. My husband would have spend the calories walking to and from the mall, not fair!😩
If you are craving a Cinnabon, the best option would be the mini one, like you got for your camera man. However, an occasional Cinnabon isn’t going to make you fat and you certainly don’t need to spend hours trying to burn it off. To me, this is promoting disordered eating.
Hi there! You are so right, if you want one, have it and enjoy it!The small one is a better option for sure! I was attempting to show that doing 5 hours of exercise is NOT healthy, NOT a viable option and actually completely ridiculous!! Thank you for your comment.

She looked at the mini one, not the big caramel pecan one. The big one with 1100 calories actually has 51g fat, 149g carbs, 14g protein. Sooo mannyyy carbbss
I thought this was actually really disordered. By common sense, people know a sugar laden dessert food is going to be way higher in calories and it should not be eaten regularly. I think a better example for people watching your channel and WillMs would be sitting with the discomfort of eating extra and how you would carry on normally. Have you ever indulged on non-typical foods that are high in calories and not compensated by eating less and/or exercising more? Would be interesting to see how Victoria eats - she seems to have the healthiest relationship with food at a glance but we’re just viewers so we don’t know the reality of things. In spite of this comment, you seem like a lovely woman and credit to you for trying the RUclips experience and interacting with viewers.
When my family member was dying and I was caring for them sometimes I didn’t have time to eat three meals a day plus snacks. I would eat one meal whether it be like she had a 1100 calorie not so healthy meal or 1100 cal of healthy food. My weight stayed the same or dropped. Obviously she added 1100 cal roll to her calorie allotment so I feel this video is not valid a calorie in vs out. She is adding more to her allotment. Please be more honest. This can create eating disorders.
Hi Julie, thanks for your comment. The video was intended to show just how difficult it is to burn 1100 calories. Many people mistakenly believe that a treat, like the Cinnabon, can easily be “burned off” with a short jog or bike session. Obviously that’s not the case! You are totally right that in your daily calorie allowance it doesn’t matter what food it is and I’m not a bit surprised that you didn’t gain weight during your sad and stressful time. This was supposed to be an eye opener on how easy and fast it is to eat excess calories and how difficult it is to burn them. Thx for watching.
Thank you for your response. I misunderstood and I am sorry. You’re a beautiful and inspirational woman. Keep up the great videos and again I am sorry I didn’t get the point you were trying to make.
