- The man accused of killing two people at a nightclub in Buckhead appears in court. On Friday morning, a police detective explained to the court what their investigation revealed and surveillance video was played. At the conclusion, the judge found probable cause, meaning that the case can proceed to trial.

Let me tell yall I used to work security there. And the owners would let people they knew come in there with guns! And the security would take money to let people come in with them. Like I can so so much about this and what’s going on but they know they wrong and security is too.

He will definitely get off on these charges from what this reports shares. Eyewitness testimony will NEVER fly against even an inexperienced pro-bono attorney, much less a seasoned one. The cameras don't show him firing a weapon, the man that identified him wasn't even inside the club when the shooting took place, and there was clear video evidence of him being patted down. Stop the madness. Much favor and many blessings to the families of the victims, but prosecutors hold the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, which this is not. 😴
You act as though this is the totality of the evidence to be presented at trial... Thank you counselor,, but this is still the discovery phase.
