I maybe a proud Canadian and have a huge respect for the Canadian Military but that extends to the American Military as well. My boyfriend is a retired Sergeant in the US Army. Both country’s troops have one thing in common, they fight and sacrifice themselves for their country so that they can keep us safe. They’ve seen indescribable horrors that we can only begin to fathom and we won’t know what those truly are until we’ve experienced them for ourselves. They are our heroes. They paid their price for freedom. May God watch over them, protect them, and keep them safe. For those who died in combat while serving, they died a hero’s death. They died by fighting for us and protecting our freedom. May God continue to watch over them in Heaven. Thank you to all of the men and women who have served or are continuing to serve our countries. 0:28 ahhhh brings back memory’s getting onboard the plane for our 9 month deployment. It was a strange feeling for all of us. Everyone had their own emotions. We were excited and at the same time, nervous but sad that we would be leaving everyone behind not knowing if it could be the last. Thankfully our whole company made it back alive.
My grandfather was in the Korean war and Vietnam my uncle was in Vietnam he was shot in the back by a sniper and survived now my cousin is in airborne infantry he's stationed in Alaska after he does his time in Alaska he'll be shipped off to Afghanistan. I truly thank all the fallen men and women. I don't think people show military services enough respect I'd love to join the military but I can't iv got to many life threatening health issues
My daughter was a combat medic in Afghanistan and she left half of herself there. Please appreciate what these brave souls endure for us to party and go on with life. salute!
