Thank you for making this video. I just purchased this tent at a thrift store and was wondering how the heck I was going to put it together..then, I searched RUclips University and came across your video 😂..cheers!!
These tents are pretty easy to pitch by yourself, now the rain fly does go on better with 2 people. Also note that it likely won’t go up in 2 minutes or whatever their claim is. I pitched mine in just under 5 minutes. 😁
I’ve only used this tent a few times but haven’t had any issues. Actually I’ve never had any tent poles break before. Can’t have too much tension when staking the tent down.
if you watch the Ozark Trail video thats all Hollywood style video,,,,,, this is the real world video,, just bout one just like this one and this video help me out more then the other thanks a lot , question is can you get it back in the bag it came in ? or is it like the rest you have to buy a bag
Thank you so much on your feed back. Also yes it’s possible to put back into it’s bag, but it’s most likely going to just as hard as the rest. I would just use your suggestion on buying a separate bag.
Make sure to buy better tent anchors especially for softer ground because the metal ones it comes with sucks make sure to get thicker and longer ones. The easiest way I found to put the rain flap on is to anchor the front down then pull over the top and secure the bungee to the tent pole holders.
Pretty good job setting it up by yourself! Wife and I set ours up last night for the first time and was definitely a 1 beer job! Unfortunately we didn’t quite set it up utilizing the yellow handle and we didn’t use the rain fly. We enjoyed star gazing while in bed! Kept the back of the tent to the tree line for rear privacy. Good job sir, enjoyed watching the correct way of setting it up!
I like watching a "regular" person put it up. Makes it real
Thanks lol
set up is easy now i just need to know how to fold it back in
The real question here
Hi, I just came back here to say that yesterday I used the mine and it wasn't easy or fast but I managed to put the tend back to it's original bag

How well does it protect against rain?
Ours held up in a heavy thunderstorm without an additional tarp over it and didn't leak 3 weeks ago.
Thank you so much for this video was up ❤from 8 AM till 1130 struggling because I couldn’t get the rain tarp to stay on😂 😂😂😂😂
I give you mad props for having the patience of seting that up for us.
I just bought this tent thank you for the video. I now have confidence for this weekend!
Hope you enjoy it!
Walmart substituted one I ordered of 10p for this one of 8p. See many reviews where the poles break. How did it work for you?

@@Sunshine091481 I just used it this weekend no issues !
I thought that was bigger but it's more little I don't like it
It's not a bad size, if it's just a couple people or by yourself.

Put the center clips of 1st then do the ends. The rain fly takes 2 people (much easier) but thanks.
Thank you man 😮. Much needed help
Glad I could help.

The yellow tent stakes at Walmart are the best ones 🙂
I have this tent , but I think I might be missing a pole could you tell me how many poles comes with? I currently have 4
The 5th one is smaller, it’s for the awning above the front door.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I STRUGGLED WITH THE TENT INSTRUCTIONS & GAVE UP. ?yOU MADE IT PERFECT THE WAY YOU DID.
Great to hear!
Dude. Holy shit.
God bless you sir
Lol to funny 😁
Thank you. How long did it take you the 1st time in real time
Trying to think. It was probably about 30-40 minutes the first time. But that time definitely goes down a lot the more you set it up.
I find that throwing the fly over the middle made it easier
That sound's like a good idea.
This tent sucks!!! it won’t stay up on its own, it has to be staked down in order for the poles to keep it upright
That’s just the way this one is made.
That’s the design of the tent. It wasn’t made to stand on its own.
Great info ty 😊
Glad it was helpful!
My poles broke on the second time I used it.
I’m sorry to hear that, it’s usually the tension you have the poles staked down, that affect the life span of the tent poles.
WORST most horrible tent i’ve ever had. Do NOT buy
I haven’t had any issues so far.
Damn, I just bought one, I waiting the delivery guy right now :c
@@wilderness.varieties4746I’m getting this for my family. They don’t go camping as often so it will be good for them.
Ty saved our camping trip
You're welcome 🤗
Frrrrrr thx for the help broh

I got this tent and it looks like a nightmare still lmao
How long is the tent
@@no_1one675 idk like 15-20ft
Heck yeah man, I'll be doing mine just as you done yours. 👍
does it come with stakes?
It comes with the thin metal ones. I upgrade and buy the thicker plastic yellow ones, also purchased from Walmart.
Yes and chicken 👄👅
