Adam has long wanted to try his hand at polyurethane spraying for propmaking, and he gets a crash course in PU spray casting at the workshop of FBFX! Prop maker Laurence Moore guides Adam through making realistic stunt helmets in their PU spray booth, a process that can yield 60 helmets a day! As Adam soon learns, the casting process is fast, messy, and requires some technique and practice to turn out usable parts!
