Karl had that moment that the detective or doctor has in the third act of the episode where they come to the revelation through pondering stuff from the B plot. They go all quiet for a moment and repeat the key word to themselves and then cuts to them explaining everything properly to his associates.

She's already in her Instagram comments arguing with people claiming your argument is "weak" and that she used "echolocation" and that it's "proven by the blindfold speedrun community." The fact that she's trying to say people or anything in the blindfold speedrun community is on her side or backs up her run is frankly equally baffling and hilarious.
She clearly doesn't have a high opinion of her simps' intelligence, and rightfully so.
Her audio argument falls apart with the basics of Momster Hunter itself.
The audio is not truly three dimensional. There is no up or down for the vast majority of game audio. She could track the rough location of the boss with the right headset, but she would have no way to know its orientation, *or* the location of its head.

@@FcoEnriquePerez You don't even have to observe that far into the stream. The second she donned her second mask, I was clear as day to me. That's a blackout sleeping mask. It's not gonna do any blacking out if you're wearing it on your damn forehead. It's supposed to go WAY down your face, almost far enough for you to be able to touch it by sticking your tongue up at it. Her light setup made it seem as if she couldn't see due to the mask casting shadows, making it appear as if the mask was blocking more than what it actually did. Definitely why she picked the blackest mask she could procure.
But regardless, it is painfully obvious that she was practically wearing the thing like a hat. There's also a benefit in having female facial characteristics here; there's more of a gap than with male facial characteristics that would fill out the mask better. For example, when I use the Oculus Quest II, even if I shove it down as far as it can go, and use triple face padding, there is still a considerable gap that I can see out of cause of my female facial structure.
So if I were to guess, this silly woman, who really should learn how to use keyboard shortcuts to move windows between monitors, had very minor visual obstruction from that thing she was wearing. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if the see-through silk scarf she used for her first stream was obstructing her vision more than the blackout mask the donned on her forehead.

I love how the speedrunning community doesn't just expose cheaters, but also go out of their way to reverse engineer how their cheating works in order to make it easier to spot other cheaters.
You know it's dedication when someone don't only resolve a problem that occurs, but also do everything they can to prevent a repeat of it.
It's like watching Penn and Teller's Fool Us. They have to figure out how the magician on stage does the magic trick down to pretty much exact technique. There were a couple times they guessed the wrong version of how someone did the trick, like Shawn Farquhar's wild putting a signed card into a sealed package of cards.

With that camera angle, a "secret" monitor is the first thing i've thought of. I haven't watched her video but seeing that kind of angle made me think of a monitor being on top of the main one. Then after you pointing out that she was looking to her right, everything made more sense

All of this must require a special sort of something to even to be inspired or motivated into conceivable actions.
In hindsight, the way she looks at her third monitor is so obvious that you just have to ask yourself, how nobody had realized it before. Good job on figuring it out.

I pretty quickly figured there could simply be another hidden monitor, but I didn't know how she could see it. That part was clever, since when you think about it, even a very tiny bit of vision lets you see enough to play the game. For example, look through a small hole between your fingers and see how small you can make the gap while still being able to tell what's going on on your screen.
“Hiding in plain sight” isn’t just a strategy for the occasional clever villain in the average Hollywood movie…

Karl is a good example of how what you do when young informs what you do later in life. There’s no doubt his success years ago as a speed runner helps explain the current success of this channel. 1) It shows an obsessive nature shared by great investigators. 2) Knowing the grind necessary to be a great gamer, Karl wants to (a) celebrate gaming achievements and (b) expose stolen (gaming) valor.
Thank you for breaking this down into such detail, Karl! I really love your videos. Hopefully you and the other youtubers who expose cheaters will make them scared to cheat.

since you are involved in the investigation part would you care to explain the bit at 22:19 when you slow it down I noticed she double clicks the back of her flashlight which makes me think that she may have turned off the flashlight but also by slowing it down she sticks the flashlight to the headband itself. This tells me the headband would block the light shining through if it was a magicians mask. Karl didn't discuss it so don't know if others helping him noticed either of these things.

Oh god, that moment when she accidentally responded to a chatter on the "non-existent" third screen. She could've just continued talking and made it look like she was just giving general info about the VOD being unedited and the comment would just appear to be coincidental but instead she acknowledged that she was reading the chat so she awkwardly pretended to peek under the first monitor.
Then pretending to click drag while forgetting that you have an input display... This is like everything NOT to do when faking a run

I've just realised that this method could become very difficult to spot if you set-up your "main" monitor to just display what's happening on the hidden monitor. You can just look at that to set things up and do everything, and when it comes time to blindfold and turn off the monitors you don't need to move anything

it's actually quite common when lying or hiding something to feel the urge to talk. The reasoning behind it is the more you talk, the less people pay attention to everything else, but it's a double edge if you're not careful about what you say, and liars are rarely careful about what they say because when lying there is a lot of different things to think about to make it believable. The other big red flag of a liar, is volunteering a lot of information that is either irrelevent or that no one asked for, same concept it's people overcompensating in order to quell doubt but it just makes it even more obvious.

its pretty crazy. they put a piece of hardware called a DMA card and run the game through a 2nd pc. The card i think connects to your pci express slot and it allows you to access the ram, so like not the in or the out but the actual ram. this is how i understand it at least. almost every single big streamer does it too. its atrocious and blatantly obvious.
oh and yes they can essentially inject/run mods in their game. they can see through walls, have a custom radar when there's no radar in that game, and very advanced auto aim of all kinds.
i think the big streamers already have skill so they just use the radar and/or seeing through walls. if u never get caught by surprise a good player would have no issues ever, so they dont need auto aim. just to know where everyone is. @@SianaGearz
@@SianaGearzone of the most common known tarkov cheats include stuff like radars that show you where people are on the map and such. So supposedly the streamers are looking over at another monitor and checking their position relative to enemies (even knowing the direction enemies are facing)

for those of you that never played monster hunter before , i can confidently says that monster is really moving at random, throwing random move, even your attack has to aim properly in order to hit, because once you inputted the attack button it will swing the weapon in the direction you are facing, and you can't adjust until the animation of attack has finished, for example like the overhead slash with Great sword, thats why you see a lot of monster hunter player is struggling to perfect the move to hit sleeping monster ,and even whiffed wasting more time. let alone doing it on alatreon that move in random direction.
