The King of Time (for Multiperccusion and Electronics) by Krystian Skubała was composed in 2018. This piece is intended for one performer (playing percussion instruments / controlling electronics). The King of Time consists of three movements (total duration approx. 21 minutes).
Mvt. 1 (duration: 6'46'' + Intro)
The formal design of the work is constructed on the principle of the Golden Section's proportions. Small rhythmic units, as a whole rhythmic phrases,
are built and developed on the Fibonacci Sequence.
