I'm totally with you on the Flash TV show. The first seaons were pretty good, and then it's just "meh, let's watch new stuff instead". Anyway, thanks for this journey through old TV show memory lane, I feel old now 😂
hahaha I know - I try not to think about how long ago most of these shows came out :D The Flash and The Arrow, I loved the early seasons of so much, but then I lost interest. But clearly I found other things to watch instead lol :)
When I was in high school I would watch shows like charmed before school, but there was always an episode that I would miss, so I had to set the vcr to record it for me :D Now I own the shows so I don't have to track them down like that LOL And at various points we haven't had any tv or subscription services so we'd pick a show and buy a bunch of seasons and watch that way :)

Hello Karly! Welcome to the collecting world :) I love collecting things at used stores because you always find unexpected things :) I have actually not seen much MacGyver, but I grew up watching Stargate, so I would happily watch another Richard Dean Anderson show! Plus the way he can do anything with the bare minimum is a super fun concept. I've seen more of the re-make that they did of the show, but I definitely need to watch the classic because we know I love the 80s shows :) You are actually the second person to recommend Airwolf to me, so I'm going to have to watch it immediately! I hate it when the re-cast a show like that though - it absolutely ruins it for me because I'm invested in those people. Knight Rider is an excellent choice! My husband loves that show, and it's one we both actually like. He loves it for the car and I love it for the vibes lol Once Upon a Time was great! It had strong 10th Kingdom feels and I was here for it :) Some other shows on my watch list are Miami Vice, 21 Jump Street (the tv show), Mash, and Remington Steele. There are a lot of sci-fi shows I love that I also don't own, but love. They are Quantum Leap, Sliders, and Battlestar Galactica
@@AverageASMR Hi and Thank you so much :) I to love going to Goodwill and uesd stores you can always find something interesting🙃 And the concept of MacGyver is really is incredible I've not seen the reboot or the spin of MacGruber but it is really a great series :) I'm sprised that someone else suggested Airwolf I really did not thank it was that popular and yes re - casting is the worst but I think it's because Jan - Michael Vincent had a addiction to alcohol and thay where starting to run out of money 😢 I like Knight Rider for Michael night lol😅 And I definitely have to check out 10th kingdom and the other tv shows you suggest thank you☺❤
Seeing as you apparently like ER, I'd like to suggest an earlier show that was also on NBC, this one in the 70s, called Emergency! (which had Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe as John Gage and Roy DeSoto respectively (they were firefighters in the fictional Station 51 in Los Angeles County, but they were also paramedics who worked with a nearby fictional hospital called Rampart General, staffed by Drs. Kelly Brackett, Joe Early and Mike Morton, and Nurse Dixie McCall (the players respectively were Robert Fuller, Bobby Troup, Ron Pinkard and Julie London). I saw it through on DVD, and thoroughly enjoyed it, and it's one of my absolute favorites.
That is a great recommendation! I've heard of it but I've never seen it so I'll add it to my watchlist. I love ER, chicago fire/pd/med, and all the shows like those so I'm definitely in. Plus the 70s/80s time frame is my favorite for tv shows 😊 thank you for the recommendation!
It's one of my favorite shows! SG1 is the classic, but Stargate Atlantis was my favorite spin-off. I usually end up re-watching season 3 of SG1, but one day I'm going to re-watch the whole series....but I just restarted supernatural and am on season 2, so only 13 seasons to go :D
22:05 the First season of Jag aired on NBC and then moved to CBS Starting with Season 2.
I had forgotten that it moved networks! and it got a casting update in the move
Also, Jag came out before NCIS.
I'm totally with you on the Flash TV show. The first seaons were pretty good, and then it's just "meh, let's watch new stuff instead". Anyway, thanks for this journey through old TV show memory lane, I feel old now 😂
