I just bought the 2017 Grand Tourneo Connect 7 seat version and you can turn off the stop start feature in it, so hopefully you can in this version too.

Ford has employed a rotary knob for it's newer traditional automatic gearboxes that don't use the old powershift system. You'll find the knob shown in the picture in the newest Mondeos and Focuses for example.

I just got one of these (USA Version).... for a work van, it ticks many of the boxes... Low price, drives well, lots of cargo space.

The xl berlingo takes 3.8 cubed payload and carries 950 kg, and has the load through hatch. and comes with 2 side doors
