It wasn't ghetto back in the '90s. This a work hairstyle often a wedding etc. This was a dress-up hair-do not WAP which is ghetto.
“Our hairstyles” this was a common hairstyle for all women in the 90’s for most formal occasions worn by All ethnicities and it is still very common for formal occasions. However I would wear this style going out to eat or just for a summer day when it’s hot.
