I thought it was pretty interesting to see how Pokémon cards are made. Just imagine an uncut sheet of gold cards lol
I’m the first person to see this reply lol
And i have a middle finger that you will get if you dont stop bragging L
@@rnmays very funny your a little kid the only charzaird i own is the burning shadows one and I spent 900 bux on booster boxes
@@rnmays and there’s not a “1” edition charzaird and a “
“1” edition shiney charzaird 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That would be ✨Shiny!✨
As someone who recently got into collecting pokemon cards, I now have a new appreciation for my collection. Didn't know so much time and effort went into making them (even the common ones)
*👆👆Congratulations thanks for being my subscriber inbox☝️ me to claim your prize🎁,*
Same page here. My flatmate got some fake cards, & it gave me nostalgia so I began collecting & the cards really are amazing.
You should have that much appreciation for almost anything you have or use in your daily life. Just as you had no idea how much time and effort went into entertainment by the way of essentially a piece of cardboard. Think about the time and effort that goes into developing anything like the car you drive or ride in, the plane that flies you across the world. Just take a minute to think how truly mind blowing what a plane actually does. 150 to 200 ton piece of metal that can stay in the air and take you places. Or something not as crazy, but how about the phone you probably watched this video on. Unbelievably complicated. I love these cards but a video of how they are made didn't blow my mind to where I have a new found appreciation for them. Honestly it shouldn't for anyone, when people take for granted the shit that we use everyday that means nothing to them or do not stop to think about how lucky a lot of us are to have stuff like fresh water, a roof over your head, modern medicine. Even something as simple as toilet paper or plastic cups we use once and throw away. Some people don't have the most basic things in life. But here we are 🤯 over cards.
Not trying to be mean at all. Just that statement made me think. And I'm also on the 🚽 right now, and that's where the best food for though rants start. Enjoy💩
@@ryanhavok584 bro true but we also appreciate for our education, daily needs but the pokemon collection is a kinda hype tho
@@ryanhavok584Loved this comment❤ It made me realize more how lucky I am!
As someone who works in R&D for a toy company this gave me a chuckle to see your reaction to the process. Ever in Sydney and want to help design toys give me a holla 😂
What’s R & D

Toy design would be superb!!
as a design student this was like a lesson... I'm even more impressed with the thought and care that goes into each card, they really are like a work of art
Their process seems strict, and I still get full packs of wildly off centered cards. It makes it pretty obvious why PSA 10's are hard to get, because if they are off by even a smidgen during that whole process, there's 1000's of cards just turned to 8s or 9s.
I was concern if my cards are original, because lots of them was off centered, but the firm that sells cards im my country is on the official list of resellers (card are sell in english), so their quality control isn't so great... sadly
I'm sure it's also on purpose to keep the price of the most expensive, rare, 10 graded cards up to encourage buying boosters.
the process was strict ONLY for the first few sheets to ensure QC is fine and they mass print it without such strict QC
@@2736492821yeah I would imagine QC becomes difficult at the insane scale they print at
This video screamed "kid in a candy store" for me! THAT WAREHOUSE! 😍🤪
Same
he got a lot of voice cracks 😭🤣🤣🤣 had me dead 😂😂 LOOK AT THE CUHHOINSS😂😂
Been watching this man sense I was 5 I’m now 15 this man right here is the best
Happy birthday 🎉
Isn’t it wird how u joined 3 years ago?
@@Goomba203 i didn’t do RUclips when I was kid
@@Goomba203 it’s called having different accs
I mean he could be watching without RUclips account, I did that for some time😂
Honestly I’d frame the uncut sheet and hang it on a wall for everyone to see 🤩
fr so much cooler than individual cards
That’s a great idea haha
Ive been wanting to see this forever... blown my mind!!!! 🤯
If I had that uncut sheet, I would hang it up in thick plastic and maybe sell it someday since it's one of a kind! (I am more of a hoarder than a seller though)
So interesting never thought they were made that way
Where do I find the original without this dude talking over the whole thing

They put the original video into private so this is the only way to watch it now.
@@FusionAlchemistdid they take the video private because the quality control isnt as robust as shown in the video?
Love how excited you got about every part of this. Don't touch your uncut sheet! It's such a treasure as is
I love this dude. He was the only pokemon card RUclipsr I like. I use to watch you years ago and I'm so glad your still thriving on YT. 100% deserved. Also helps your the only RUclipsr I know after looking up after a few years still gets very good views. Most big RUclipsrs now that I know gets 50k or below down. You are amazing.
Been watching you for over 10 years now. Kinda scary how long it’s been and how you keep growing. I miss Mr Stanley and the OG background sometimes.
booot
I miss mailman mondays
@@moouploadsvids yeah same
Congratulations for making the list
@@moouploadsvids I had forgotten about those. I had watched every Monday
This is one of the coolest videos on RUclips in my opinion
Thanks for that arrow in the thumbnail, very helpful.
I just retired from factory work. that was a nice clean factory. It is cool to see the product from start to finish.
This is so cool, as I think this video is just amazing as I love seeing the background process of products like these.
Ando we would be keen to see you in the Pokémon factory finishing in the storeroom and do a double booster case opening, where they let u randomly pick any two cases from the huge selection!! Imagine that! We would lose our minds! Ryan and Mitchell
F u sćammers
Wow! They really pulled back the curtain! Love it!
So cool, I want that job? (Unless I can find a beer tasting job 1st) I would like to see how they randomized the cards per pack? Great video, great enthusiasm, always a pleasure seeing you get so excited, it rubs off. Be well my friend.
Love your videos!!! Keep them up!!
I ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE IN A POKEMON FACTORY
They put more effort into the cards than into the games (-‘:
Cards are way easier to make lol
Not an excuse
Gamefreak isn’t struggling from lack of effort, but they’re struggling from tight deadlines and lack of time to fully flesh out their games.
@@TheMarionick Gamefreak put the same effort as they always do.
Absolutely no one is stopping them from delaying their games
Opening those 📦 with my eyes. I love the process, really fun.
Imagine working there, yea I own all the cards 😎
Back with another banger!
All the people who make so much effort to create perfect Pokémon cards and third of all cards are still cut wrong. Smh.
Wow this was an eye opener. Like I knew they put a lot of work into making the cards, but like this magnitude rlly just shows
Code card color has always been an anti-fraud practice. And you can get hits with a green. Noticed this most with Darkness Ablaze.
“Is this not the most eye opening video you’ve ever watched on the internet?”
No it’s not 😂 but it’s still damn cool.
Awesome to see how my obsession is made, thanks for sharing!
being a 90's kid ive googled this countless time to no luck...its been almost 30 years and there are still very little videos of what its like inside the pokemon card factories...what concerns me is that someone like unlisted leaf had to light the fire to this
I love how I am not the only one who has googled this so much randomly over the years! So happy to finally see something about it.
Appreciate ur videos u are my favorite RUclips rn
This is AMAZING 😍 Thanks for sharing Ando!
OMG!! That is soooooo cool I make custom pokemon cards sometimes and those printers are like 100 times the size of my printer! I wish I could open ultra prism but I just can't track it down.
Help me make some stargirlraichu3.0
Such a cool process to watch unfold , especially when your a collector or fan of cards , had a proper childish feeling when I saw the blanket of holo’s too…😂🤯 would love to be sat watching how they make up the art works for each cards , I think that would be sick aswell.
That is awesome you have an uncut sheet. You should leave it uncut. Thanks for the video that was really neat to see.
So all the Charizards I've pulled must have been cut by someone who was ready to go home! Makes sense. Mint Charizard, but the edges make it a 9 😂
Wow this is something else and this is off you the Pokémon card Arceus (also seems a lot of fun)
I want to thank you for showing me this because I was telling myself how all this was made and this video popped up. I was in shock and awe!!!
Haven’t seen any of ur videos in a long time but I’m glad ur still doing big things 🙏🏼
My favorite part is the way they weigh the pack for people who weigh before buying lol
And the packs are still weighable lol
Been watching you since you only had 100k subs. So proud to see you grow Ando!
I'd feel like I was in heaven, if I was inside that warehouse
Man I wish they cared and had good quality control on the Alt art Aerodactyl I just pulled. 😂 was off centered to hell 😂
The thickness check had me. Opened about 10 packs this month with no border on one side at all, or the entire card was crooked.
That's really cool! Happy Birthday Ando! 👍👌
I think it would be cool to frame your uncut sheet, but it's yours to do whatever you want with it. As @LauraDora said, getting it cut at the factory would be really cool.
I love asking pokemon collectors:
“What would you do if you had access to time travel.”
Teehee 🤭
Buy bitcoin to buy all the cards I want
I make the packaging material for the booster packs, but never knew the process of packing the cards its really interesting to see ^^
Really?! That's so cool! What is the pack made of? Is it like a shiny plastic? Looks like aluminium, pleasing to the eyes
Wow, you've got a real uncut sheet! That's a cool thing to collect!
It was amazing to see how the card’s are made
Ando: "There is so much time and effort that goes into cards"
Pokemon Company: Burning Shadows Set Quality Control
So these are the people that dont do their job right and misscut every single card i pulled in the last 2 years? nice :)
Nice video Ando! This is so cool
Seeing what these cards go through I'm surprised psa 10s are even possible
I just got a bag of the Trick or Trade packs and the one pack had a Spinarak cut practically in half with the package seal clamped down on the top of the card xD
Oof
Imagine reprint first Ed Zards it can happen again EZ. A lot of them

Wow! That's on hell of a process!
wow this was awesome to see i was always so curious how they were made and how long it took... blows me away they can make them so fast.... it also blows me away there are not more damaged cards in packs or booster box's and or i would love to see the "damaged" card piles they have lol.... i could only imagine there are so many damages with each step a card could go through and if things are not in the right place or one little thing messes up it seems like thats 100s of cards screwed and damaged...
One of the best Pokémon videos of all time, GREAT WORK! Thanks for the tour!
love it, is there a extended version?
Seeing the process of making pokemon cards is SICKKKKKKKK!!😀😃
👆👆👆👆
Congratulations lucky winner🎁❤️
Idk why you would cut that sheet. Just frame it and keep as a whole sheet as a cool art piece but that's me.
This is very Interesting!!! Thanks Ando for this Video!
Yo wassup, can u do more of those MASSIVE openings, like 500 packs of a set, I enjoy them ones
I want that little metal gauge they use to check the centering at 7:04, thats beyond cool!
Crazy how every pokemon card you own has been through multiple prints, cuttings and have all been thoroughly examined by hand,
*yet we still get many off center, misprints, and other defects*
Ikrr
they don't all get examined by hand. the first print is examined to make sure the machine is working ok.. and the settings are correct - then they print rapidly. It is probably the best they can do but i would assume the machine won't be perfect throughout the whole process.
This is incredible
Thanks for sharing that unlistedleaf how they actually made the original 1995 Pokémon cards and the newer generation cards blows my mind
that's pretty cool! back when these cards first came out i was hooked. sometime after they first released, I decided to collect the Team Rocket set and i have only two missing! Also, I'm just curious how did you get an uncut sheet?
If I were you I'd just frame that uncut sheet cuz that's so cool to have.
To the person reading this, I know you want to steal a giant sheet of the chase cards. Dont lie to me, you know you do.
Bro make a plan i’m in😂
That's an awesome video man! Now I really want an uncut sheet too.
sometimes I think, can they sometimes print the old like generation 1 card and sell it themself.. and get rich (?)
Dude it has always been a wish of mine as well just to stand in that factory and lose my mind!🤪🤣
Imagine you work and then you get the best cards and flex 😂😂
Awesome video! I wish we had footage from 1999 or the early 2000s!
Thank you Ando for taking us to this amazing tour 🎉🎉🎉
I am so pleased to know the company took notice of this issue of card weighers! Wonderful news!!!
Ahh perfect I love your vids
This was so dope to see.
This video is awesome !
The only mistakes they need to focus on is the cut. Too many off-centered cuts. 😭
Hello love your vids
wow all this effort and my Moonbreon still comes out off-center
WooooooW
Amazing!
Greetings from Poland
Imagine if someone snuck in and stole all the charizards
You will be the most wanted lmao
You make my day 😉
My question is if the vetting process is so good. Why are there still so many misprints. And ridiculously off centered cards
To push the hype
i guess despite their best efforts, they cant... **puts on sunglasses** catch em all.
YEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!
Security is very tight, my brother works at one of them, it's way tighter than this guy had to deal with on the video. He told me they have a ton of screenings to do before they can leave, on top of different kinds of detectors. This is just the public version that y'all got to see of one.
Most likely they are running these printers at max speed for efficiency over quality when the printer is running at high speeds the sheet can “bounce” causing the cards to be off center when they are cut and trimmed final, it’s common for all types of printing. The slower the machine runs, the easier it is to catch misprints and it’s less likely to bounce.
@@hanksennette1132 see I understand like the high speeds during printings right. But how is it that I get more holos full arts rares etc. that are miss cut off centered like crazy. But base cards seem to be pretty nice.
Bro that is so cool they all make them like that it's crazy how many machines they have as well that's sick
No credit to original video???
Apparently we have the same wishes I wish to see you in like for a tour of how Pokemon cards are made for years thank you for fulfilling my wish too
omg this is what i've wanted to see!!!
Very eye opening. Mind blowing.
Imagine working here! It would be the coolest job ever!!!😎
