clearly a huge improvement. however, how much better do you think this jeep would look with wider rims & wider, fatter tires ? as well, not happy with the yellow-painted headlights; restored, clear lenses would have been much nicer.
And yet here I was crying with each and every disappearing strip of that beautiful patina. Could have easily left the main body as is with maybe just a little protection applied to preserve it. Tomatoe/tomato

A real shame about the yellow painted headlights, originally they would have been clear. I could see the imperfections on the glass and replacements would have been harder to find however.

Reminds me of a pedal car I had sixty years ago, made by Tri-Ang, later to be part of Sharna/Hornby/Tri-Ang/Pedigree. Identical construction, the only difference being that mine had a car front end instead of a Jeep - Lovely big chrome radiator grille, bumper and lights. I can't quite figure out why we don't now have adult pedal cars. It would be a cheaper, greener, more fun way to get around town, and to burn off some fat!
Awesome work. My only suggestion would be unless this is a wall piece, to use body filler sparingly since the thin metal flexes easily and will chip. Also, I'd consider painting the inside first to avoid getting overspray on the outside. Solid work though.

Not sure what "Abandoned" has to do with anything. I'm seeing that adjective in video titles more than usual. Normally, I would think... people associate the word with people, animals, and usually high-end things that would not otherwise be discarded, like your garbage. When you put your cans out on the curb, do you tell others that you abandoned your garbage? Accept for those that can recognize an antique, any other person would have tossed that. Sorry. Just an observation. The uploader does fantastic work. I couldn't even begin to shine his shoes, if he let me.

Sorry, but the headlights look ghastly. It wouldn't have taken much to make new ones if you know what you're doing, which by the quality of your stick welding and use of JB Weld on an antique toy, you don't. Didn't make sure your holes lined up on the bumper before you riveted either I noticed, did you.
I think it's a bad restoration! You should Stick to the Orginal. Soif riveting then no welding, or sandblasted wheels then build up a New Chrom layerno colored paint. Sothe purchase is not woth it. The Organisation is gone

We all have to start learning somewhere. It's yours to do with what you wish but you posted this for the world to see so I'm giving my opinion. You should stay away from attempting to "restore" older items. This was not a restoration but a modern modification. You did name your channel restore and name the title restoration, which it is not. I would have assumed it would be a restoration. Definitely not a restoration. You did good work for a modern modification but I wouldn't personally modify a collectable and definitely do not title it label this a restoration.
Rust is too uniform all over. Car has been previously stripped and left to rust. Rust is never uniform and paint never completely disappears without human intervention...
I love watching restoration jobs and have done them myself for the past 50 years. I not a pro, but its the basics that make for a good restoration. I’m sorry to say that when I saw that you left the right-rear fender bent, you lost me as a subscriber. Again, sorry, but its the details which make for a good restoration.
I wanted one of these as a child and was always told they were, "too expensive." We moved into a rental when I was five and in the Garage one of these (in beautiful condition) was in the corner. I asked the Landlord for permission to play with it and he gave it to me. Or at least that's what I thought he did. Apparently he didn't as when we moved out it stayed.

All of these restoration videos, by multiple RUclipsrs, have fake rust applied to them at the start. What is that about?
You did good on everything but one thing you should have left green rims not white

I had a similar Jeep in the 1950's, but the body was aluminum and the wheels were solid.

You should paint frame and bumpers into black color, and add some ammunition on vehicle (shovel, canister) etcetera.
