Exploring Ghost Town | Amboy California | Route 66

In this episode we’ll be exploring the deserted town of Amboy, California on the historic Route 66. Home to the iconic Roy’s Motel Sign.
This location has been used in several Hollywood movies as well as music videos and TV shows.
We’ll be checking out some of the old buildings, including the old motel cabins, church, and other abandoned structures.
Amboy was once a boomtown in the heyday of Route 66 but after the Interstate Highway System was completed, the town fell into desolation.
