South Park gets away with what they do because they go after everyone equally. They follow one of the cardinal rules of comedy: There are no sacred cows.
It is the name of the clip he was reacting to. That is extremely common for reactors. They use the actual name of the clip. If anything is weird about it, it is that he didn't put "reaction" at the end. He also changed the word racist into darkest, but that makes sense as not all the jokes were racial.
Alot of people get offended by south park jokes ao the person who made the vid put the caption "not for snowflakes" meaning you need thick skin to enjoy the jokes
I so love South Park. The satire is incredible. Ppl miss the point and think they are mocking everybody else but they are mocking the American view of everybody. Also it's super funny.
One of my favourite unexpectedly heartwarming moments was when Satan was the only adult to finally sit down with... Stan? And explain some of the chemical and psychological causes of depression in a way that I really understood as a kid myself ❤
how does South Park get away with what they do? simple, no one is spared, no one is exempt, if you parody everyone and everything equally, you cannot get cancelled. this is how Comedy like this thrives in a society where everyone is offended, since they offend everyone, there is nobody that can claim that they are specifically being targeted for ridicule.
Southpark exists because its funny to most people and the one's that are "offended" are so miniscule in volume/character it doesn't hinder it's existence.
There was a couple of years where is South Park was thinking about getting out of its contract and really pushed the limit to basically try and get fired They were not successful😂😂😂😂
The only way it works is they absolutely have to make fun of everyone. They can not leave anything off the table to be mocked. If they refuse to parody an individual or group it would ruin it for themselves. Also, don't apologize...
Fun fact: the jewish money stereotype comes from the middle ages. Where it was made law in Europe that.jews were only allowed to be bankers as a profession. For hundreds of years... so yeah, they got good at it. And then the original racist laws fed into a racist stereotype. I know probably 80% of all the people i went to school with 1st-12th grade, thought history was boring. However, i would say that it is the most important subject to invest your time in. Or as a secondary interest at least. And also learning history about different times and cultures also gives you more insight into geography and geopolitics. I know people think all those humans that have been dead for thousands of years have nothing to do with you, but they really do.
So I Listen to a Audiobook series called The Eagles by Simon Scarrow or The Cato and Macro Books.. The Story is fictional but the author uses real history. I did not know that Jewish people and money had been a thing for that long. And I mean like Loaning Money and Banking and whatever. The books are based in Ancient Rome. I'm just saying when does a stereotype type not become a stereotype any more? I just thought that was one of the funniest things ever.
Whats weird from an outside view is South Park is the US. Every type of character from the regular person to the uttermost crazies. What makes it funny is the " normal " characters that are like...what the fu@$ is going on ? Like the lady at the Chinese restaurant..
This clip doesn't come close to the offensive nature of south park. Season 11 episode 1 "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" is on another level from the jump. This clip only showed the ending scene that nothing
I realise this isn't meaning snowflakes as in what it actually means, and that actual snowflakes shouldn't watch this as they'll have the wrong takeaway. But South Parks messages themselves are hardly offensive.
The funny thing is people like to talk about how sensitive people are today, so many snowflakes, etc, with content like this. I call complete BS. When I was younger South Park was far more demonized and criticized for it's content than today (and by demonized I mean literally considered demonic, inspired by Satan etc). Hell when I grew up the Simpsons was considered inappropriate. Nowadays SouthPark is even more mainstream and the crudeness of the Simpsons pales in comparison to broadly accepted content today. Part of that whole agenda that aligns with people complaining about cancel culture now, when again when I was younger cancel culture was indeed there (even if we didn't call it that) and anything outside of the evangelical Christian norm would get you canceled (like quoting the Simpsons and especially quoting South Park). I mean rock music was considered to be evil, D&D was considered to be evil... all of that would get you canceled. I mean there were court battles over this sort of stuff that seems completely ridiculous these days. In truth people are far more desensitized these days. There's only a very narrow range of things that have shifted to be more unacceptable than back then. A few overreactions of course but FAR fewer overactions than before. I far prefer it now than when I grew up. More people can laugh at things like South Park and it's style of humor than then and mostly the things people are offended by now are things actually said in a context that makes sense (not in parody). Again there are overactions but still far far fewer than before.
How south park gets away with it is nothing is off the table to be made fun of when they really start as pushing buttons in season 5ish they actually got praised for taking no prisoners the created a even male fun of themselves Matt and trey are confirmed to be on epstein Island and they didn't hold back on south park when it came time to snitch on everyone they put themselves right in the center of pics on the island
While I loved your reaction, these 4 clips are nothing compared the the really dark stuff they've done. There are a lot more, lot darker jokes they did
SP jokes are on another level and can't be cliped out of context you need the whole story to truly appreciated it
Unlike family guy
South park is very very special to alot of people... Because its for the people. They make family guy look like sesame street
Unfortunately, they did.
Same with the Simpsons.
It's sad.
The jokes on family guy aren't even funny anymore.
South Park will forever be undefeated especially with mr garrisons vehicle design
The wheel of fortune camera guy always cracks me up.
where was that in this video?
"Don't go into the light!" 😂😂😂 Poltergeist reference!
Its amazing thats South Park is the closest thing to an accurate documentary of American Culture than anything around
South Park gets away with what they do because they go after everyone equally. They follow one of the cardinal rules of comedy: There are no sacred cows.
They made fun of sacred cows.
3:27 I'm pretty sure in that episode "Butters Bottom B*tch", that's actually Katt Williams voicing himself xD
Need more South Park!
LOLLLL!!!!!!! That janitor one ohhh mmyyy ... gawwdd bro. I died laughing LOL!!!
It's time for a Bigger Longer Uncut reaction.
Hey, I resemble that remark!
it's what Brian Boitano would do. XD
“Ahh, Herro Prease!” 😂
Carol Anne don’t go into the light 🤣🤣🤣 so messed up but so hilarious
(NOT FOR SNOWFLAKES) comes off weirdly insecure lol

How?
There's people who get offended because they think they are a gender they aren't.
And you make this comment lol
Because it usually is.
@@DankNG47Nobody mentioned gender, youre the snowflake here.
South Park GOAT
If you’re ever short on content, which I’m sure you’re not, you should consider doing South Park for the Logical Movie Review channel 😉
"Yes, I think I know what you are saying."
Not for snowflakes ? Algorithm, stay in your room. Lol
They must be worried that people might watch it and then run out to waste some Bud Light cases.
@@shanehebert396 Well, if they must waste beer. That's a good choice, IMO.🤮 Lol
The more outrageous, likely the more accurate to IRL.
I think when a show is animated, you can get away with a LOT more.
The difficulty slider from South Park: The Fractured but Whole
I so love South Park. The satire is incredible. Ppl miss the point and think they are mocking everybody else but they are mocking the American view of everybody. Also it's super funny.

This is Funny AF 🤣 Your reactions are priceless 😂
Southpark exists because its funny to most people and the one's that are "offended" are so miniscule in volume/character it doesn't hinder it's existence.
Players Ball…shoutout to the one and only OutKast.
I gotta take a minute to share that I greatly enjoy your reactions and commentary on more serious matters. Quite happy I dicovered you!
4:36 its okay to laugh, im mexican and this is funny as hell.
Funny fact. The part where the dwarf gets his ass beat actually happened to Kat Willliams
From what I remember of South Park is that Eric Cartman is a wild card and if he's involved in anything, it's gonna go absolutely off the rails.
South Park gets away with their humor by punching in every single direction. Their philosophy is "either everything is funny, or nothing is"
Good call like everything you do videos on but this is my favorite show ever.
That is the greatest thumbnail I've ever seen 🤣🤣🤣
More SP!
Appreciate your work man, keep up that grind.
6:48 louis ck - offensive words
Actually maybe not lol
Might be too much editing
It’s an honest reflection of life and always teaches you something, and funny af ✌️
The “how they get away with this” was answered in the same breath when you said it was “a social commentary.” We are just more sensitive to it now
I’m a Gen Z liberal and I’m not a snowflake, I absolutely love South Park. They go after everybody in everything from race to politics.
To be fair to the Mexican, being a janitor is tiring work.
There was a couple of years where is South Park was thinking about getting out of its contract and really pushed the limit to basically try and get fired
They were not successful😂😂😂😂
South Park gets away with it cuz they go after everybody. They don't single anybody out.
The only way it works is they absolutely have to make fun of everyone. They can not leave anything off the table to be mocked. If they refuse to parody an individual or group it would ruin it for themselves. Also, don't apologize...
I think they get away with this because one time in the 90s Barbara Streisand sued them and they won
Damn I'm never this early to anything
Im proud of you ❤
Not gonna lie, I picked up a fair bit of spending money in the 90's being the scary security guy for the girls.
Less risk than smuggling
This is just great.
Butters was always my favorite.
yes i know what you're saying, you don't have to keep asking lol 😂😂
Yes there are rules to pimping lol

South Park - true American Satire. They are also not afraid to satirize themselves; see: Al Gore.
Hey, Señor LBoyd, joo laughed at the sleepy janitor. Es okay, I laugh, too. Es funny. He maybe have three yobs. Es okays.
I have a phenomenal movie review for you to do that everyone is over looking. It's the 1986 movie "Crossroads" starring Ralph Macchio

The 1st amendment to the U.S Constitution: the best thing about the United States.
Canadian here: I'll boycott the show if they make our heads "normal" 😂❤
Alright... If you want "offensive" can you reach to a season 1 SNL skit called "Word Association" with Richard Pryor and Chevy Chase.
Id love to see you react to some of tom cardys songs, musical comedy genius
Look for Randy on "Wheel of Fortune"
South Park is satire, something 90% of people understand. A handful don't and mistake satire for fact.
It’s Funny that’s all. People need to light up a bit. Feelings are so fragile now a days.
That's rather few clips considering how long South Park has been putting out episodes
Whats weird from an outside view is South Park is the US. Every type of character from the regular person to the uttermost crazies.
What makes it funny is the " normal " characters that are like...what the fu@$ is going on ? Like the lady at the Chinese restaurant..
Just so you know we Gen Z love this type of humor maybe not gen x or gen alpha
you forget we Gen X's created this show and the creators of this show are Gen X. along with Seth Macfarlane who created Family Guy.
Funny how many people I grew up with loved southparks offensive humour boe they're offended by everything!
this broke me

If you want to really be offended, watch Gilbert Godfrey roasting Joan Rivers 😂

Meh, I prefer Family Guy (pre season 11-ish) but love both.
Why do you make it so I can’t see the video you’re reacting to?

Try Drawn Together if you want to be offended.
😂😂
Dont do these compilations of south park! Do the whole episodes
Your triggered, i can tell😅
