  • This series will walk through the process of building out this Ford Econoline van into a livable camper and office on wheels.
This is the my first time building fiberglass flares, but I'm pretty happy with how they've turned out. I've definitely learned a lot, and the next ones I do will be even better.

Great job! Been thinking of doing this for a while, but had not seen it done in an extended van with windows, like mine!

BTW you should use polyurethane sealer, not silicone as it doesn’t adhere well to automotive paint.

I also made some DIY fiberglass flares 2 years ago, it worked very good but I wasn't happy with the "not professional look" like you have, even if I sanded, added other layers of pure epoxy, etc,so I then I tried spraying 2 layers of U-Pool Raptor liner on my flare, and it just masked all the imperfections and even gave a nice look to the van. Very easy to apply as well.

I’ll remember that for the next ones I do. Awesome idea

I watched your RUclips video. Your every video is really awesome. But your channel and your videos expect more views and subs. I analyzed Your RUclips channel and I found RUclips video SEO is not done. This is why your video is not going viral and views are not increasing.
