Relate ako sa inyo kc dumanas din ako ng kahirapan. Up to now , hirap pa rin buhay namin, pati pag aaral ng anak ko iginagapang lng namin. Pero patuloy ako kumakapit sa Taas. Sabi nga "laban lang".

Hello Jess and Jake wow your both stories just like my story except I came to Canada by myself I met my husband here in Vancouver we both have nothing , high school graduate lang kaming dalawa pego we work hard , I went back to school after that we both keep working until we save money for a house . I can’t count how many times, days and years I cried sacrificing to survive but thanks God He blessed us . We didn’t we didn’t give us to each others now we’re been married for over 30 years , God was blessed us to have two daughters and if God permitted 7 more years were retiring in pinas . One hour from your town . I’m proud of you both marriage is supposed to be two sa hirap at ginhawa . Sa mga taong short minded please be careful your comments . Jake and Jess keep going to do such great things together, stay strong always love 💕 each other and God showers you both more blessings. Ok if you guys want to visit Vancouver Island let me know napintas ditoy summer is so much better cheers

You guys are doing good being married and raising your children. I was in a better situation when the husband and I got married. He's got a good paying job with a house paid in full. But I wanted a job and something to keep me occupied for at least five days a week. Just remember to save money, live within your means and live like no one else by giving.

I can relate sa inyo. Kahit na nasa military ang asawa ko noon, maliit pa lang ang suweldo nya noon beacause just like you guys we were young. I was 23 and he was 24. Walang wala din kami noon. We were just starting in South Korea dahil doon kami na stationed. My mom is a single mother i promised her that hanggat kaya I will help and send some money. In a third world country its not easy na makahanap ng trabaho so napag isipan kong mag babysit. Luckily and awa ng Dyos na marami palang gustong mag pa babysit
So yong kinikita ko yong ang pinapadala ko sa kanila. Kahit kailan hindi ko inasa sa asawa ko ang pamilya ko dahil ako lang ang may responsibilidad sa kanila but don't get me wrong dahil alam naman nya ang sitwasyon nila. So nag set up sya ng allowance monthly para kay nanay ko. Nung na stationed sya dito sa states I told him to stop the allowance and ako na ang tumulong fully kasi maayos naman na yong trabaho ko. And that was 35yrs ago.

Lumaki ako sa province at farmer ang Papa ko at Mahirap Kami pero masipag kaming magtanim Kaya parating may ulam naman maski puro gulay at masaya Kami pero nagpunta dito sa US 1979 petition Kami ng kuya ng Tatay ko. Overall blessed Kami maski anong pinagdaanan.

Narealized ko na mahirap pala kami dati dahil sa powdered juice and milk. Minsan ganito kami mag usap ng misis ko e, pahirapan ng buhay nung mga bata kami. 😂
Ako din naranasan ko yan nung bata pa ako, hand me down din mga damit ko, tapos ulam ko saging din o minsan lugaw na maraming tubig walang sahog asin lang 😢 pero ngayon ok na buhay maayos at nakakain ko na lahat ng gusto ko.
