Where did you download the driver from? It didn't come with any instructions for that and the website won't load.
i have connected it and tried to print but the thermal sheets come out blank is there a way to help me?
Hi! You need to check whether your thermal labels are installed in the correct direction (the printing side needs to be installed facing up), and then, check whether your printer has closed. If it still fails to print, try another roll of thermal labels. Hope this helps you!

I can't connect it via Bluetooth to the Labelife app. I have the 246s printer.
The printer is not Bluetooth accessible ....it's for a laptop or desktop....I'm here trying to figure how to use it from my laptop rn. You will have to connect it and download the driver

Hello! B246D does not support Bluetooth connection function, so it cannot be connected and used through phone APP. Currently, only the 241BT and 520BT among the same type of shipping label printer support phone Bluetooth connection.
