What's the verdict? trem stay in tune beyond light vibrato? Bevel comfortable? They love them some bevels lol

Surprisingly this thing stays in tune better than I thought it would. Not as good as a double locking system, but better than the other hipshot trems I’ve used. You can definitely hit some Vai or Dime dives without it going crazy. I’ll probably replace the pickups. They sound good but I’ve got some spare bare knuckles and motor city pickups on deck that id rather use

@@sir.shreddington Thanks for the info. I guess it all comes down to how well the the nut slots are cut. I was thinking about getting a Solo with a Floyd but they cut that option from that model. I returned a Zeus I custom ordered bc the bevel edge near the bridge bothered my wrist, so I was wondering how you liked the Aries bevel. I got a headless Delos instead and it was def the right choice for me, plays and feels amazing. The nut may be why it's binding Sharp# when I dive the headless Hipshot trem, so I'm going to try some different friction reducers on the market. I ordered a Lithium bridge and a Beryllium neck. I swapped out the Lithium for a Seymour Duncan JB. The Lithium sounded to thin, no "ummph" to it. That was no easy feat bc Kiesel uses pickguard-fitting (qty 3) 4-40 screws on their pickguard mounted p/ups so I had to re-thread the JB myself.

@@JoeyRapps1 I like the bevel on the Aries, it's pretty comfortable. I should mention that I feel most at home on Strat type guitars, and I think this design feels similar. My only real complaint about this guitar, if I had to choose something, is that the neck is a little thicker than I usually go for so my other guitars, including my #1, are a bit easier to play. That being said, I can still shred on this thing and the neck thickness makes this guitar really sing and it's super noticeable. It's a bit of give/take.
Regarding the bridge not returning to zero point, there could be a few culprits.
      1) I find that string trees decrease tunning stability, so I usually get rid of them.
      2) If the lubricants don't do the trick, take a look at the bridge height, routing, etc. When I've had that problem it was because my trem was getting caught on the body and it needed the routing opened up ever so slightly.
Not sure if it helps, but thought I would mention. Cheers!

What is the official color of the body?
