Certo! Grazie.😊 Se seguirai i passaggi sottostanti, ti assicuro che ci riuscirai al primo tentativo! Ingredienti pasta choux 👇🏻 250 ml di acqua (cioè in ml e non in go oz!) Utilizzare un contenitore graduato! 100 g / 3,52 oz di burro (l'eventuale % di grassi e la temperatura non contano) Un pizzico di sale 160 g / 1,1/4 tazze di farina (per tutti gli usi) 3 uova taglia M In una padella versare l'acqua, mettere il burro e il sale, mettere la padella a fuoco medio, finché il burro non si scioglie completamente e l'acqua inizia a bollire. Togliete il pentolino dal fuoco e aggiungete la farina, mescolate intensamente con una spatola, fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo, che si raccoglierà in una palla! Dopo aver amalgamato bene l'impasto, trasferitelo in una ciotola più grande e stendete l'impasto sulle pareti della ciotola, così il processo di raffreddamento sarà più veloce. Quando l’impasto si sarà un po’ raffreddato (deve essere tiepido), aggiungete le uova, una alla volta. Dopo ogni uovo, lavorate l'impasto fino ad incorporare l'uovo, potete impastare con la planetaria, con una spatola o a mano (ho notato che quando impasto a mano il risultato è migliore!) Mettete l’impasto in una sac à poche con bocchetta tonda da 30 mm. Non è obbligatorio utilizzare un tappetino con fori o un tappetino in silicone! Puoi usare carta da forno, tappetino in teflon, tutto ciò che non si attacca! Formate la forma del cuore esattamente come nel video. In una padella versare l'acqua, mettere il burro e il sale, mettere la padella a fuoco medio, finché il burro non si scioglie completamente e l'acqua inizia a bollire. Togliete il pentolino dal fuoco e aggiungete la farina, mescolate intensamente con una spatola, fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo, che si raccoglierà in una palla! Dopo aver amalgamato bene l'impasto, trasferitelo in una ciotola più grande e stendete l'impasto sulle pareti della ciotola, così il processo di raffreddamento sarà più veloce.
Quando l’impasto si sarà un po’ raffreddato (deve essere tiepido), aggiungete le uova, una alla volta. Dopo ogni uovo, lavorate l'impasto fino ad incorporare l'uovo, potete impastare con la planetaria, con una spatola o a mano (ho notato che quando impasto a mano il risultato è migliore!)
Mettete l’impasto in una sac à poche con bocchetta tonda da 30 mm.
Non è obbligatorio utilizzare un tappetino con fori o un tappetino in silicone! Puoi usare carta da forno, tappetino in teflon, tutto ciò che non si attacca!
Formate la forma del cuore esattamente come nel video.
Prima di infornare la teglia, spolverate ogni cuore con zucchero a velo, in questo modo otterrete un guscio senza crepe, lucente e che manterrà la sua forma!
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 220 C per 20-30 minuti!
Il tempo non è esatto per tutti i forni, cuocete finché non notate che è ben dorato, non devono rimanere bianchi sopra perché saranno crudi all'interno, e ovviamente non bruciati!
Dopo che saranno cotti, toglieteli dalla padella e lasciateli raffreddare.
Nel frattempo preparate la crema.
ingredienti
250 ml di panna montata liquida
50 g di zucchero a velo
50 g di crema di formaggio
Sbattere la panna con lo zucchero a velo, fino ad ottenere la consistenza del gelato sciolto, quindi aggiungere il formaggio cremoso e mescolare finché non si addensa.
Ho farcito con panna e marmellata di lamponi.
Potete decorarli con cioccolato fuso o zucchero a velo, come preferite!

Put the dough in a pastry bag with a 30 mm round nozzle.
It is not mandatory to use a mat with holes or a silicone mat! You can use baking paper, Teflon mat, anything that doesn't stick!
Form the heart shape exactly as in the video.
Before putting the tray in the oven, dust each heart with powdered sugar, this way you will get a shell without cracks, shiny and it will keep its shape!
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 C for 20-30 minutes!
The time is not exact for all ovens, bake until you notice that it is nicely browned, they must not remain white on top because they will be raw inside, and of course not burnt!
After they are baked, remove them from the pan and let them cool.
Meanwhile prepare the cream.

Выложите тесто в кондитерский мешок с круглой насадкой диаметром 30 мм.
Не обязательно использовать коврик с дырочками или силиконовый коврик! Можно использовать бумагу для выпечки, тефлоновый коврик, все, что не прилипает!
Сформируйте форму сердца точно так, как на видео.
Прежде чем ставить противень в духовку, посыпьте каждое сердечко сахарной пудрой, так у вас получится скорлупа без трещин, блестящая и сохранит форму!
Выпекать в разогретой до 220С духовке 20-30 минут!
Время не точное для всех духовок, выпекайте, пока не заметите, что оно красиво подрумянилось, оно не должно оставаться белым сверху, потому что внутри оно будет сырым и, конечно же, не подгоревшим!
После того, как они испечутся, достаньте их из формы и дайте остыть.
Тем временем приготовьте крем.
ингредиенты
250 мл жидких взбитых сливок
50 г сахарной пудры
50 г сливочного сыра
Взбейте сливки с сахарной пудрой до консистенции растопленного мороженого, затем добавьте сливочный сыр и перемешивайте до загустения.
