It takes forever to root monstera Peru. Keep us updated on those. I have started potting cuttings with leaf directly in pot with soil slightly damp and putting into a 2 gallon ziploc baggie (find at dollar tree). The added humidity really has helped root growth but the baggie needs to be opened for fresh air every other day for a few hours and then closed up again after blowing in air

I think ur plants need grow lights the internode space is very big and your leaves are quite small.

Yes light will help with growth and internode space but higher humidity is the best thing to get bigger leaves.
