Woman says doctor noticed her daughter years before they began dating

Tina Harris says Dr. James Ryan said he would eat at the restaurant her daughter Sarah worked at so she would be his server, long before they met. Years later, when Sarah was an adult, she had her wisdom teeth removed by him, began working for him, and became his girlfriend, all before Ryan was charged with her murder.
