I can not thank you enough for your videos. I just found out that I passed my cpc test on my first trial all thanks to you. I tool on line course but it was so confusing to understand IcD 10 cm and CPT by the books but you really saved me. Hi, you can go the The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website or Google ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines for 2018, and you will be able to download a pdf copy. At this time there is a 2019 Guideline update, so if you want the guidelines being used in this RUclips you'll need the 2018. I hope this helps.
