I’ve been battling with this for 5 months now. My twin flame been M.I.A for a decade now. And then 5 months ago it hit me hard. Then I started to see a pattern. Then I put the pieces together and this is how I got to the conclusion of having a twin flame. That the connection is bigger then just us having an attraction towards each other. But the fact that their me is crazy to fathom. My mind is going crazy because I really haven’t thought of them since I’ve seen them last. She ended any communication we had together. But this feeling is unexplainable. Everything is a reminder of them. Songs, names, etc… I’m married with two boys. Just to add to this. I could go on but this is long enough. I'm finally there now. I feel every day more and more that I am everything, the love of everything. I feel peace and stillness within me. I hardly think about my dm anymore, a quick thought comes and then it disappears. I don't care what he's doing, how he's doing or if he'll get back to me soon. I just know. I live from the inside out, I create my life. It's an amazing feeling inside me. I have healed myself, healed but for my sake. I needed it for my sake to be able to understand unconditional love for everything.

I think I'm there now. I am separated from them over 1.5 years now. I even moved away from town where I can not see them anymore. Focused on myself and my peace and focused on living my best life, my goals, being fit, helping others meditating, building meaningful network of people who are spiritual etc etc.. and now I started feeling that Peace, Samathi Satori at heart, as you describe it. I simply wake up n feel this immense Peace at heart. I don't think of them anymore (of course as you said you can't really fully get rid of them because you are one soul after all) but what I mean is I'm not obsessed over them. When I think of him, I am just sending my love from my unconditional heart to him, feeling warmth through my entire body, a soft smile upon my face, and a wholeness in my heart. It funny cause I always say, “we are one” to him in my head with great knowing and ease. I do not think this kind of thinking pushes them away, I think the clingy kind does. But I don’t think a soft admiration thought pushes them Away, if anything since we are the same soul they might actually feel our warmth during these loving calming thoughts.
I'm new to this channel, but have been in a committed relationship with my twin flame since 2006. I don't think we would have survived if I didn't know in my knower before we met that we are ONE and approached everything from that level. I've been amazed at how well and quickly all issues heal and we return to joyful harmony when I am in awareness that we are ONE, not two separate people. I've also been amazed at just how awful it can get when I forget and either get down on myself, even a little bit, or upset with him internally about anything. We communicate well and are great together as long as I remember our ONENESS. I recognized the chase & pull then, decided to separate because I was only hurting myself. Usually I would be devastated, but I am at peace. Though I tried another relationship I still felt his energy around me… I decided to be on my own again, I started to feel immense gratitude for life, and accepting my path. Fascinating! I recently came to this conclusion on my own, that the twin is in fact exactly that, like your inner twin within your consciousness or something like that. I think another way to communicate what you are saying is also "What is found within, is found without" If you realize you are your twin flame, and therefore have connection to it (the within) it manifests in the physical world (the without)

Randomly hit me on a drive while I haven’t talked to my twin flame in a while. I was crying because everything was so beautiful and my body felt as if I was a ball of energy. I didn't know what my "journey" was, what was happening, but I FELT it the whole way through. I'll leave my C&P below. Anyway, I disconnected/detached from the connection to become the "runner." Every Soul is a piece of The Creator, projected down to this lower dimension. All Souls connect together at higher dimensions until we merge into The Creator at the highest dimension (pure consciousness energy). I kept telling my twin flame that I’m afraid to reunite after 32 years because I don’t know him, (we only knew each other physically for 4 days). But let's say your twin... you say healing isn't necessary or the mirror exercise etc. So how do you approach a trigger? Just feel your feelings? Ignore it? i don't know. I think feelings give us a clue...and it's how we are programmed-directing us to who we are and what we need. It's electrical - the way we are individually wired leading us to what we need.
I met him and after watching all of your videos on this being the only way to reach union in the physical, I wish I hadn't now. All this physical stuff and the fact that I try not thinking about him and focus on other crap only to end up thinking about him again. I honestly just want the sensations and feelings to go away. I just want to be divorced from my crappy ex, living alone and not be bothered with anything related to this journey. Because by the time I manage to forget about him the person, and if he the person does reach out, I'm not gonna be intetested in him the person anymore. I'll be fine by myself. As in one with myself. I sense his thoughts and I try pushing them away sometimes. Sometimes I ignore them. Sometimes I block the telepathy. Sometimes I block the sensations. I can go periods of time without looking at his picture. But I feel him looking at mine. Why? Why can't he just stop looking if he's just gonna keep running? By him looking at my picture it only makes me look at his and well that pushes him even farther I guess.

Because I really don't know if it's "okay" to live life like I did before, always meeting friends and stuff like that. I'm new to this channel, but have been in a committed relationship with my twin flame since 2006. I don't think we would have survived if I didn't know in my knower before we met that we are ONE and approached everything from that level. I've been amazed at how well and quickly all issues heal and we return to joyful harmony when I am in awareness that we are ONE, not two separate people. I've also been amazed at just how awful it can get when I forget and either get down on myself, even a little bit, or upset with him internally about anything. We communicate well and are great together as long as I remember our ONENESS. I recognized the chase & pull then, decided to separate because I was only hurting myself. Usually I would be devastated, but I am at peace. Though I tried another relationship I still felt his energy around me… I decided to be on my own again, I started to feel immense gratitude for life, and accepting my path. Thank you for the free training videos. Especially the first one to know for real if I met my twin. Holy shit the 4.5 weeks and then bam. It’s been 9 months since he broke up with me. The first 6-7 months after we’re obsessive and physically painful and sick. We have had a little communication and hungout a few times with other friends/acquaintances. I am thankful for you! I felt like I needed to be in a looney bin. I never heard the term twin flame or any of this stuff until I went through dark night of soul. Fascinating! I recently came to this conclusion on my own, that the twin is in fact exactly that, like your inner twin within your consciousness or something like that. I think another way to communicate what you are saying is also "What is found within, is found without" If you realize you are your twin flame, and therefore have connection to it (the within) it manifests in the physical world (the without)

I was at a beautiful zen place after a 15 year spiritual journey. A wonderful place at 65 years old. My dogs, small tribe of close friends, new apartment, ready mord than happy to approach this stage of my life single. Then I met him, and my life well, Kurt explains it word for word.

When you said that for a minute you know you’re a part of everything. I have felt this. Randomly hit me on a drive while I haven’t talked to my twin flame in a while. I was crying because everything was so beautiful and my body felt as if I was a ball of energy. This lasted for probably 30 minutes while driving

I sort-of understood this. I don't understand entirely your explanation, but I understood some of it. I figured out the code like you did. I was the "chaser" in 2003. I didn't know what my "journey" was, what was happening, but I FELT it the whole way through. I'll leave my C&P below. Anyway, I disconnected/detached from the connection to become the "runner." And I am staying firm and stubborn on it. I don't want to repeat the infinite loop of this... "volleyball" game. I feel her on the other side, with no rhyme or reason. I dated this Aries in 2003, technically we met when I was 18. I "met" her in December 2002. I chased her the whole year in 2003. I tried to cultivate the connection. I tried to get her to "open" up. But she is stubborn about admitting her interest, i know she's lying. I know she liked me, but she projects this image she is disinterested. Trying to be hard to get. She was trying to get information from my uncle (who also passed away, 10 years ago) about my likes, my this, etc.
So, we flirted here and there, we communicated back and forth. I even took it online, so we communicated, THERE, too.
I continued the communication until Summer 2004, she said "Go Away," so i did. Ok. You wanted me gone? Fine. But thats not the end for me. Since then, I been dreaming of this Aries for YEARS until 2014, we refound each other. I found her job. I was going to get burgers 🍔 and she was there. 😅 We refound each other in 2017. All this, while dreaming of her, welling up feelings for her. I moved, and in 2018/2019, I woke up to a HEAVY jolt, with dreams of this Aries, that same morning, I got a REALLY strong, vivid vision of the Aries from 2003.
What she did to me is that she made me more confident.
I dated a different Aries. We had this quick comfort for each other. I happened to go to the same clubs or circles as her. Every Soul is a piece of The Creator, projected down to this lower dimension. All Souls connect together at higher dimensions until we merge into The Creator at the highest dimension (pure consciousness energy). When we join Souls with another on this dimension, we are able to channel in much more Creator Consciousness/Frequency than we can individually (because we are closing the circuit from where we are connected together at a higher dimension), in order to disrupt the Soulless lizard people's Matrix that they use to syphon energy from everyone's souls. No need to fear, we are already past the tipping point and their Matrix is crumbling and they have lost, but the more souls that join together in this dimension the quicker we can stream in Creator Consciousness and raise the frequency to a higher dimension.
There is not a specific person that is your Twin Flame; you can match frequencies with anyone but it's easier the closer your frequencies are together. It's important to chose wisely; if you start a soul merge with someone but their past traumas cause them to freak out, you're stuck connected to them because it's difficult and painful to sever a joined soul and next to impossible to successfully join to another soul after going through that trauma. I finally get it. To me, each spiritual tradition has this journey, although by different names. I recall in the Christian Bible: Christ Consciousness, I AM, the peace that passeth all understanding, Christ liveth in me, He is Risen, etc., etc. I had somewhat of a problem understanding the concept of "Zen". Now it all makes sense.

I kept telling my twin flame that I’m afraid to reunite after 32 years because I don’t know him, (we only knew each other physically for 4 days). After all these years, it’s like pulling teeth to get him to share stuff about his day to day life. , (we’re both happily married”, as far as I know, in different countries) , even though we have been connected for 32 years. But anyway I've been more or less spiritual my whole life and what you're saying makes perfect sense to me. I soul agree with you. Aside from learning more about twin flames I haven't been doing a lot of thinking. I've done a lot of feeling and examining those feelings however and it has led to me expressing some truths. We realised some mutual feelings we both thought were lost in the other. I think feelings give us a clue...and it's how we are programmed-directing us to who we are and what we need. It's electrical - the way we are individually wired leading us to what we need.
I met him and after watching all of your videos on this being the only way to reach union in the physical, I wish I hadn't now. All this physical stuff and the fact that I try not thinking about him and focus on other crap only to end up thinking about him again. I honestly just want the sensations and feelings to go away. I just want to be divorced from my crappy ex, living alone and not be bothered with anything related to this journey. Because by the time I manage to forget about him the person, and if he the person does reach out, I'm not gonna be intetested in him the person anymore. I'll be fine by myself. As in one with myself. I sense his thoughts and I try pushing them away sometimes. Sometimes I ignore them. Sometimes I block the telepathy. Sometimes I block the sensations. I can go periods of time without looking at his picture. But I feel him looking at mine. Why? Why can't he just stop looking if he's just gonna keep running? By him looking at my picture it only makes me look at his and well that pushes him even farther I guess.

How often do you think in a day, how do you feel during the day, do you do affirmations for your mind, how often do you use your mind, how does life looks like without thinking and so on. Because I really don't know if it's "okay" to live life like I did before, always meeting friends and stuff like that.
