People think the twin flame journey is going to be just happiness and essy and love. This isn't the case. It starts that way, but when you start to mirror to the other what needs to be healed is when it becomes chaotic. If you both have many soul lessons and karmic cycles to learn and release then it becomes hard. Your masculine is dark and the feminine is light. So the male will automatically change once it becomes chaotic and he won't treat you right because he will think what he sees it that your the problem. Its not until the female chooses to leave and the male is left alone to heal that he sees what was his problems. The female usually heals first and then he does after separation. The mistreatment the female receives shows her what she shouldn't accept and she learns how to recognize behavior she shouldn't put up with. He learns how to connect with his emotions and hers and both heal their own generational traumas, childhood wounds, and break generational curses. The female must isolate from him so he can heal but must hold love and space for him to pray for his healing while separated. How do I know, because I've gone through it. While I haven't completely separated from mine I watch his healing transformation. God confirmed he was my twin flame and showed me i had to stand up for myself and learned how I should be treated. While I also was tasked with spiritually fighting for him to spiritually protect him and help him heal. I see him learning all the lessons today that i told him he needed to learn a year ago. The relationship is meant to become chaotic to break what needs to be broken. The female becomes the chaser but once she learns her lessons it shifts again and he becomes the chaser. Embrace the pain and find the lessons and that helps you see the beauty of it. The female is usually the older half in soul and the masculine is the younger one in soul. He must learn from her but due to ego he wont want to. Me and mine had many things to break and heal from individually which made it harder plus with the spiritual warfare we were facing. He was easily manipulated and I was fighting for us both spiritually alone. He was being used to attack me. Sadly he wasn't strong enough spiritual to fight it especially with all the emotional pain he was dealing with at the time. I watch him learn make changes and grow stronger. He is still learning but not there yet. So all this talk about the twin flame connection not meant to be painful is false. Its meant to heal you both. Once you both are healed then you're relationship will flourish but only if both people choose to heal the relationship. You both have your individual healing and then the healing of the relationship. Its the hardest path but once finished healing it has the best rewards.

Ive been asking this many times with my guides because i dont believe what people say online what twinflame is and after 2years of asking he eventually answer me through dreams and i heres a part of my dream so atleast everyone has a lil bit of knowledge. Regardless what goes on between my twin flames and I, I will always unconditionally love him. That doesn't mean that I'm waiting around for him, crying, I am holding space for him, and I always will give him a chance if he does show up in the right energy. But if he doesn't, I will always love him unconditionally from a distance. I will always forgive him, always accept him for who he is, and I will always be there for him if he ever needs me. I waited 27 years in hopes that my TF Partner would choose me. He only allowed me closes enough to be his option/"side-chick". It was very difficult to separate from him for good. I went through a grieving period, as if I'd lost a love one. I felt Divinely guided to disconnect from him, because he was very satisfied with our connection/circumstances. On the other hand, I was miserable..always looking forward to when we were going to sneak out to be together briefly, only for him to go give all his time, love, & devotion to another. Separation was hard, but it released me from the suffering influcted on me by my own Twin Flame. I learned my worth & learned that I didn't have to accept the nonsense of another. I learned how to put myself 1st and to set firm boundaries with those who are not acting in my best interests. It was a hard lesson to learn, but a much needed lesson for me.

And of course everyone is different and I always thought that I loved myself even though. I took drugs and the alcohol the smoking weed cigarettes. I started doing these things at 12 years old. If people understood spirituality they would know there’s no such thing as good or bad anyway.. it’s all subjective: what determines if it’s a TF is if you had a spiritual awakening. Toxic or not is irrelevant. In fact it would be more beneficial the more toxic as it will force you to break those behaviors.
13 years ago after moving into a new place, I broke up with my ex yet again, and I was devastated. All of a sudden the girl next door started talking to me regularly, exchanged numbers etc. She is 3 years younger, we're in our 30's she's living at home with her parents and some siblings. Normally I wouldn't have been attracted to someone like her, no curves, flat chested, but... I fell for her. Deeply. She was also kinda eccentric. It turned into the friendzone. She told me early how I'm like a Brother. Fine. She had bad manners that would drive a person mad, like one time we went out for a slice of pizza and the whole time she chatted with the guy behind the counter while I ate in silence. It was so awkward. Or another time in public transportation, I turned around only to see she grabbed a seat while I wasn't looking, so we sat apart.
She invited me to her Birthday dinner, and we were to take our bicycles ride downtown, and eat somewhere, on me of course. She never wanted to lock our bikes together. We went to Ruth's Chris steakhouse and I spent $300 on some items. After she nearly ditched me in the elevator on our way out.I had to stuff myself in there. Some guy in there was flirting with her. ( She always had a way of flirting with guys in my face ) Then she wanted to go to the hotel next door to get changed so we can ride off again. So I waited in the lobby while she got changed. I waited and waited. I go outside and her bike is gone. I've been ditched.
I texted her, "Where's your brain ?" And when I got home I caught a glimpse of her entering her home from down the street. She then stonewalled me. Texted back telling me to cease the harassment and thanked me for my attention. This was the most bewildering experience and I was very heartbroken by this. Plus she lived next door so I had to endure 11 months of stonewalling while she was nice to everyone else. The first 3 months of this..... I actually got over it in record breaking time, I just said to myself how I don't deserve this and I really don't want to feel this pain, and, me first, forget her. I discovered the process of self transformation and the depression melted away. It still hurt a little cause I'm not emotionally retarded, but, I've become callous and much happier. And I acquired the ability to detach myself from someone I love. I simply do not simp, or chase, ever. Because of this experience, I don't hug her when I see her. I think up to this day we only hugged 4 times. I took her out with some friends one new years and when we left my buddy hugged her, but none for me.
11 months later she started calling me again as though nothing happened, and I ended up back in the freindzone. It was as though a friend died, came back as a zombie, but now her soul has returned and it seemed wiser. At this point I saw her as some demonic entity trying to destroy me. She's like something out of a comic book. Eventually I had to move again, and while I was throwing some stuff to the curb, she came out and asked if I'm leaving now, I said not yet. Asked where I'm moving to, and I told her I don't know while I effortlessly flipped and dragged a couch in place. She spun right around and went back inside. But really, at the time I never knew where I was moving to, I was still looking.
I moved 20 minutes or so down the street to the city core. She called me and came to visit. I waited for her outside my alleyway apartment, and she exited from the door across from me. So, I asked, what were you doing in there ? I watched her walk away to see if she would look back, cause I knew she wouldn't then poof.
She came to visit me again shortly after, and she was insistant that I never pay for anything for her ever again, amazing gesture from such a person. My Mother met her once, and she felt scared, my friendzone friend here is chinese and white like a ghost. My Mother said this girl will kill me ( Despite her age, she looks like a girl ) I moved again. This time into a nicer place where I currently am. Also, I never called her once in the past 13 years now, it's always her calling to use me for something, help her with her laptop issues, but something kinda changed in her. No she isn't permitted to come to my place and will not meet any of my friends again, as I never met any of hers. She sustained an injury to the head, a concussion. She's kinder, still secretive. Said I'm cuddly ( Her hugs are really nice, though I'm much taller than her she fits nice. Hugged her last time I saw her 2 years ago ) Now she acting out all cute. When asked if I have a girlfreind, I said yes I do. Despite that she wants to hang out this month, get some icecream and have a picnic. She also felt the need to tell me how she would never hook up with me cause we're just friends, maybe she was upset about me having a GF or maybe not at all, she just wanted to tell me this is platonic, while I hear stories of the other guys she destroys. But you know what ? I know she says that cause she's damaged. No self esteem, and even fearful of losing me forever. I know she wants my energy, and the funny thing is ? As terrible as she's been, I love her unconditionally. She changed me I think for the better, and I feel like if we were together, we'd both be able to do anything. She's also provocative ( I like curves, she has none, completly flat, I'd give up these preferences for her ) and I don't think it's a good idea to go see her this time or ever again probably. I'm seriously considering telling her no more of this. I think it's fair to say she rejected me multiple times, and I musn't allow her to bring calamity to my current relationship. I think I gained a lot from her, and she gained a lot from me. Maybe when it came to me her guilt finally corrected her and she's a better person because I'd always kill her with kindness where others would smack her silly.
When she's injured, no one calls me, and vice versa. On my deathbed I'll be thinking of her, maybe wondering where she is. I know this sounds like madness but she cranked up my resiliance to level 1000, Maybe when I'm dying if I have time I'll call her to let her know or maybe I won't have to.
Some of you are thinking I'm a doormat and that's part of the effect I guess. But I'm also the one she couldn't destroy, and stopped trying to destroy because patience is what she needed, plus I can put her in her place and she can to me. It's a stale mate, and the only thing left for us is to either love one another or end it permanently. This video might have stopped me from cutting her loose, as they say, we have to let go of people we love. Though, she always comes back. If this woman isn't my twinflame, I'd love to meet it, it'd be beyond my imagination. She must be.

Yes, been there, done that. It hurt, I feel Ariel always. Never even went out with her, though she tried to make it happen, many times, but I rejected her anyway, even though she was all I ever wanted, simply to protect her from being hurt. Terrible mistake, because rejecting her hurt her even more, and I'm continually appalled that I ever hurt her like that. But besides that, I did go right through it all, and did get to direct infinite mind. If that was the deal, ok, done. But I still miss her every day almost 30 years later, and think about her constantly. But I do know our lives were setup so we would instantly fall in love, but would never take up the circumstances where we would finally get together. I never went out with any girl after that, lost all interest, and when I saw her about 15 years ago she was starring at me, and I could tell that she was still single too. We had both given up on partners. Which made it all the worse to think I'd caused that for her too. What an awful error that was.
