It's looking great & not even finished yet. Can't wait to see the completed item, Jeanette. It's been in the back of my mind to do one of these & now I feel inspired. I grab doilies whenever I spot them. Off to watch Part III TFS

Thank you so much for your clear advice. I am working on my first lace journal, cover first and was wondering just how I was going to attach the pages. I am thinking your way is the best way. I have made paper journals using that same method and it has worked out marvelous and I think the fabric will do just as well. Thank you so so much for this inspirational video.

Oh thank you so much!!! Seriously brilliant to do the concertina binding method. I was trying to figure out how I would ultimately be binding my fabric book this year, and that solves my dilemma. Thank you so much for sharing your talents!

I would do it all by hand. Do you think that would work? I have hand quilted for 34 years plus... So I naturally head in that direction. I can hardly wait to see it finished.

Yes most definitely, I always used to sew everything myself and felt like I was cheating when I glued anything, haha ;) Now I use a combination of both and have found a happy compromise. Thank you so much for watching
