THE DISS IS HERE | J. Cole - Might Delete Later First Reaction

J. Cole has surprise released a new hiphop and rap album, "Might Delete Later." The biggest talking point of this album is the Kendrick Lamar diss track titled, "7 Minute Drill", in response to Kendrick Lamar's verse on "LIKE THAT" by Future and Metro Boomin. Music Over Matter of course had to record our first reaction and first listen to the album. While the diss is the most hyped part of this album, the rest of the project is really good as well. J. Cole raps incredibly, and the features and the beats are great as well. Some of the notable songs include, "Crocodile Tearz", "Ready '24", "Huntin' Wabbitz", and "Stickz N Stonez". The Conductor beat seems like the same sample as Drake’s “Energy”.
With Drake being involved in the feud, and the aforementioned song being about having enemies, not sure if it’s something to consider or just a reach?

The diss track is one of the weakest on the album, but the other songs hit for me so I enjoyed this project. If these are throwaways, then The Fall Off is about to be crazy

I really liked the mixtape. Second best project of the year. I have to say I’m very disappointed by the transphobic bar though.
