Yo! I had to look #1 up. I can’t believe I didn’t know who was. He is so fast 💨 Tall and physical. Actually he’s so fast that he doesn’t even care if he does get beat. Alontea Taylor from Tennessee.
I think we have plenty of “outs” at CB: -Watson could take a leap and keep McDuffie in the slot and we just rotate that last outside CB spot w/ JWilliams, Nazeeh, Hadden, Nic -Nazeeh Johnson was slated to start last year and technically was ahead of Watson/Williams in preseason. I know that’s asking a lot coming off injury but if he’s good we have a solid rotation and this can also keep McDuffie in slot and rotate Watson/Williams at that 3rd CB spot -Conner played really really well in the slot last year although small sample size. But if they wanted McDuffie to be more of an outside CB and takeover Sneads role this would open the slot position more up for Conner and then Watson/williams rotate at the other outside spot. With Cook/Reid/Hicks at S this could be something -Could hit on the rookie Hadden
I'd worry less about the Chiefs' offensive production during the first half of the season if they signed Hunter Renfrow. Unless multiple concussions have effectively ended his career, I think Renfrow could be a consistent security blanket in the slot on 3rd and short to medium. Color me skeptical that either Moore or Toney will suddenly become dependable options.
Indeed, only Mahomes's baseball background and exceptional hand-eye coordination allowed the Chiefs to avert disaster on far too many snaps during last season's Super Bowl run.
Jason Kelce has stated multiple times snapping is the least important part of playing Center. He says his own snaps aren't that good. So enough with the Creed to guard B.S. I hope this isn't the new "Sign Justin Houston!" type of stupid, idiotic nonsense a smmall portion of our fan base likes to drum up every couple of years.
@@billbrasky7885 Great points, who cares where the snap goes. Been rewatching season and the number of plays that were dead as soon as they started because of this was noticeable. But "so what" is a pretty good rebuttal
What a dumb question. Chiefs shouldn't be concerned about anything. Fans shouldn't be concerned about anything. It's sad how people fan and cheer for Mahomed the same way they did Alex & Trent.
I think they win division but drop more games than 3. Getting 3 games in 11 days is brutal. The chances of all they key pieces making it through unscathed isnt great
Always a treat to listen to Matt's takes on the Chiefs.
Verderamme's the goat
Oh I totally agree
Verderame!!!! I love him!! This is going to be a good day!!
Hey Verderame, we love it guy!
Glad i caught a Matt show!! Adam failed me on the Buttkicker mess.
Love you Verderame
I hella miss watchin matt on this pod !!! Please come back
Matt IS BACK, Every Thursday this summer.
Dang I'm sad I missed the Verd live.
The chiefs should never leave Arrowhead.
Great job doing the show today!! Very good analysis!
Matt is a football genius, he has inside knowledge.
I'd like a realistic take of Wiley, the TE.
I know it's still May

This wr room better produce this year. Three 1st round picks and two 2nd round picks out there with the GOAT TE.
I am begging you to change that opening. After hearing it 1000 times it drives me crazy..

Toney I hope will be gone
Moore I believe is gonna breakout
Year 3 ❤
Creed HAS to get his snaps right or be a guard
Indeed, only Mahomes's baseball background and exceptional hand-eye coordination allowed the Chiefs to avert disaster on far too many snaps during last season's Super Bowl run.
Or go back to snapping with his natural hand

@wink had a hand injury on his snapping hand most of the season
Your great talking football buddy
Nikko Remiggo is making the team!
Chiefs and Arrowhead will always be peas and carrots
11-6
I wonder if Matt has a secret stash of Count Chocula hidden from his wife and daughter. lol
Only thing I disagree with is Niners beating the chiefs, Andy has Kyle’s number

Butker leaves NFL after 2024 season.

I'll take 2 and 2 in the FC North
That's the main question are they gonna be able to run the football and control the clock throw it deep and actually blow teams out this year
