It is a waste of ressource in the name of "safety". I just torque to initial value and if it calls for 180° I just stop at 90° and never had a problem with it.

I think mine are done on my 21 atlas. Get a vibration when on slow turning (parking lot) and a humming vibration at around 50mph.
140 nm for the wheel studs????
Lug bolts yes.
The bolts on back of hub were 70nm plus 90 degree
