where in the world did you find the large green gear for the top pivot? Also, how did you prevent wires from becoming tangled as it turned? Sadly slip rings are illegal :(
We 3d printed all of the gearing and cable management track for the turret. We had a secondary spool that was spring loaded to keep all the extra wired wound up when not wrapped around the turret's track. We didn't use a slip ring because we didn't want signal interference, but it seems that they are legal. goo.gl/ue5tQD
WOW! the best robot I have ever seen on RUclips!!!
Very Nice Video. Hope you do well in the upcoming events.
That's an awesome robot! It looks really cool! We're in your same division for supers, can't wait to see you guys!!
Thanks, can't wait to see you too!
Are you guys using a pixie cam? Nice shooting
Very impressive shooting!
Thanks!
Very impressive robot. How do you control the shooting power and trajectory depending where the robot is located on the field?
We are using a lot of sensor, such as a ultrasonic sensor, for setting the trajectory distance.
Very impressive robot! By the way, what video software are you using? I couldn't seem to find a program for intros...
We are just using the standard iMovie for Mac. The intro is just a text animation.
Why you film VERTICAL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Nice robot though
Now where have I heard that song before?
hmmm
We liked it with Aether so much we found a remix :)
hmmm indeed
