Dilip, Good job. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to further developments and good that expectations are set right.
I think Samad made a mistake about the capacity of the tank. It is about 7500 litres and not 10,000. It may be good to have some sort of protection from outside to prevent accidental poking by children as the foam sheet may not provide much help (as you can see how easily it gets punctured by tie wrap). Even a round of HDPE plastic sacks may be of help. Also a 2 inch thick layer base of 3/4 inch granite aggregate with rock dust may prevent termites or rodents from attacking the tank from bottom. Or may be a layer of GI close knit chicken mesh even may be OK. Anyway, I am sure Dilip must be preparing those things.
Also, one question, why do we need such sturdy frame as the highest pressure is only about 12 kpa or less. Please correct me if I am wrong. May be it is cheaper to get off the shelf GI coated grid and add 10 mm bar as top and bottom ring.
Also I think the plastic is still costly as it is costing more than Rs.2/ litre for the project. May be fabricating the frame should be avoided. I would like to see about Rs.1/ litre for the entire project. I believe you will be able to run a 20,000 litre tank with a HAP-120. Any way it looks really good.

I have seen many of your videos but in most of the videos there are disturbances in the audio, because of loud external sounds and in most cases wind.
