Have to be rich in nice areas tho Livingston is high cost . No one lives in Detroit because they're tired of paying city taxes and work taxes and property taxes and extra water taxes that run off your roof they charge you for sewer charge for water that runs off your roof
Thanks for commenting! It can be a higher cost. For sure higher than Detroit and neighboring cities. But if you watched, you’d understand the taxes and housing costs overall can be lower than places like Ann Arbor, Milford, Northville, etc.
