Every crash/collapse/recession provides an equal market opportunity if you are properly prepared and knowledgeable. I've seen people amass up to $800,000 during crises and even with ease in a bad economy. Someone has undoubtedly become extremely wealthy as a result of the crash.
Look for stocks that have paid steady, increasing dividends for years (or decades), and have not cut their dividends even during recessions. Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on equities to acquire.

I can correctly say she's worth her salt as an investment advisor as her diversification skills is top-notch, I say this because I see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% every month, unlike I can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she places and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. she gave me that financial freedom I needed

I concur to financial planning. I'm quite lucky exposed to finance at an early age, started job at 19, purchased first home at 28, got laid-off work at 36 just after the rona-outbreak in 2020, going forward, immediately hired an advisor to keep my head above water, and in return, I'm only 25% short of $1m after subsequent investments to date.
I will be glad to enlist the services of a reputable one? How do I go about finding and vetting them. We know the value of a fiduciary as we have a family lawyer and he has hinted on it occasionally, so we began to consider the idea.
I personally have my portfolio overseen by California-based wealth advisor and fixed income strategist at that 'Julie Anne Hoover' well established and you'd find her professional bio on the net. However I suggest you look closer to home, sometimes to move certain amount of money I am required to be in California.

I need to interject again. Stocks, bonds, treasury bonds, etc, you can invest in these, however, you can not just cash them whenever you want. They must be held for so many years and many times their value does not always appreciate. There should also tax on everything. The same with real estate. You must have so many years before you can draw on equity. No one is going to just hand out money, they only make loans if they know they will get the original investment and beyond.
