Some kids don't know about old 90s Formula USA. Back in AMA racing and WERA FUSA. There was an open class. You could race anything. 750s, 1100s, 500gp. There was a guy named Rich Oliver on a 250GP 2 stroke. On the small tracks he'd hang with the big bikes by carrying corner speed. This open class would inspired Honda to make the 1992 CBR900RR. A 900CC motorcycle lighter than any 600. Look up some of the old Formula USA races they're really crazy GSR750 GSXR1100s Kawasaki 750s 500GP 250GP 2 strokes, four strokes. And The Legendary Kawasaki Raptor.
Definitely seems like overkill for those roads. Only way he catches the supermoto is to crack the throttle open on the straights otherwise if he was on the same CC bike there would be no way he could keep up. I just want to say thats my arm chair quarterback opinion and I suck at riding motorcycles lol
Why are there even cars on that road? What are they doing, the road is obviously made for sport bikes and motorcycles. America's twistiest road, Tail of the dragon.

If you think this bloke has even the slightest chance of even qualifying for IOM you clearly have no idea what you're talking about,pro riders say they needed at least 5yrs to remotely learn the track,not being fast or competitive,you have to be a special breed to race the IOM,not your sunday canyon rider...

Ever been to Europe ,specifically in the mountainous areas ? Their AVERAGE supermoto teenager is easily as good as a mid pack rider in MotoAmerica .
