I mean, he can’t taste meat and all- And only gets off in pain Since that’s the only thing he can feel- So, it is possible- Imagine if somehow He lost his hybrid title Wouldn’t he break down? From all the emotions he’s never really felt? And the amount of guilt? I certainly see him regressing to a younger age From trauma and shit- If, someone ever reads this- What are your thoughts On this?
So imo I kinda feel the same way, Melon/meron is too hooked on his title as a hybrid thus he suppresses his true feelings and emotions for the sake of it. His whole life he was treated as nothing but a disgusting "hybrid" so I think tht he's like this because of his background, if he were to be treated nicely and with kindness (same as which the children of tht orphanage gosha keeps visiting ) he most likely wouldn't have ended up so messed up and insane. He has looked up to his mother for most of his life only to realize she was a backstabbing bitch, this lack of trust to his mother has now enhanced into demise for carnivores and his dad's death showed his lack of respect for herbivors who are weak.
