Ha ha ha ...lovely merge of Blooming Dutch Pour, or Pouring Bloom. You're really LOVE the TLP pigments, and you made a wonderful choice of colours, congrats, for you are obviously enjoying yourself. My regards to Howler and Barker, I 've been watching their channel, LOVE.
just a little tidbit of info. The manager at our local sherwin williams store says that the "Color to go" are a different formula than the gallon cans of the paint in the same color. The color is the same. The formula is for sample only. It says on the container that you have to top-coat the sample if you use it on your walls. So, if you purchase a gallon, head's up that your work may turn out a little different than with the color to go containers. Please let me know if any of you find out any differently, will ya? And yes, our local store, here in Colorado, has a 30% off sale that started today.
That’s why we use the Colour to Go. It makes the perfect pillow paint for the Bloom technique. Don’t buy the gallons, this technique works best with CTG.
I don't know where to go to give you the greatest compliment ever besides, your artwork. That is a moot point you are a fantastic artist. I bought a package from you it's the mega box. I loved everything, everything came in two days. I don't know how much to thank you and how grateful I love the products
Yessss!! This turned out BEAUTIFUL, Kanella!! Hopefully it dries PERFECTLY and doesn't move!! The drip scraping will help of course!! Oh this turned out so AMAZING!!!! 💜💜💜💜 YOU DID IT!!!!
Wow Kanella, it is extraordinary 👏🏻 I love it 😀 😍 👏🏻 ❤️ Especially bc the top colours are so deep and saturated and there's so much detail and outlining. Incredible. Honestly hope you do more like this! Can't wait to see how it dries.

It turned out amazing!!! I was a little concerned when you added the gold cell activator to be honest, but it complimented the other colors beautifully! I am anxious to see the tutorial for mixing TLP paints with Floetrol for dutch pours on Sunday. Thank you for all your hard work and experimenting. 🥰

Hello there lovely lady, hey I've done exactly as you have done with the measured recipe. Color to go base and I spun the heck out of it. It still cracks. The only thing that I can figure out is the humidity and the heat. Kanella do you use central heat in your studio. And I also keep a huge filter system going all the time. Please help me figure this out.
Kanella, will you test something for me, please? When you do a dutch pout again, will you add a bit of the cell activator you use for the bloom technique. I am curious to see if the CA does the same thing with dutch pour paints. - Just taking the house paint out of the picture... This panting is gorgeous! I love the color pallet! Just sooo pretty! The cells and lacing soo awesome!!!!
I have tried it before w my dutch pour paints and it has worked for me. I use Kanellas ratios as well! :) Its not like PERFECT cells so you do have to play w your ratios w ur CA to get it right but IT DOES WORK!💕
Hello Kanella, Can you please tell me the difference between resins. What is the difference between cast resin and top coat resin? I've used my top coat for some of my molds.
Top coating resin is for top coating your canvases or coasters etc. you can use it in molds but it’s not as good because there are so many bubbles in it. Which makes them hard to pop in a mold. Shallow or deep casting resin is specifically make for molds. It’s virtually bubble-less and super duper clear. When using molds I only use shallow or deep casting resin. It makes a huge difference in your end results.
Hi Kanella, thank you for all your videos and tips, love watching your videos. Quick ? Have u had any problems with the SW cracking when it dries? I have tried the bloom technique with SW pro mar as a pillow and my paintings cracked when dried. I haven't tried the to go colors. I only varnish haven't tried resin yet.
This turned out beautiful, as your work always does! Looking forward to Sunday's video. Question-do you only use the paint to go for these types of projects? Where you need thicker paint?
@@KanellaCiracoArtI don’t think Sherwin Williams is available in UK. However, B & Q have Valspar house paint where you can purchase sample pots of all the colours - which is what I use. Same guidance - don’t torch it or a skin will develop on the top; horrid! Worth a try! xx 🎉
Hey girl, listen up. You may already know this but I had a member of my group tell me that the color to go isn't paint and that it has no binders. That it will flake and peel in a couple of years. So I called my Sherwin Williams store and it's true. But.... He did say that my paintings would be fine if I use resin. And I do.I know that you do too. And I done the same as you. I went there and stocked up on some pretty colors. And I don't want to stop using it. So I just add binders to mine. Just to be safe. I use the Golden GAC 100 or GAC 800. I've also ordered something from Pebeo. I can't tell you what it's called. I'd have to go look. But anyways I wanted you to be aware and maybe tell your viewers so it doesn't come back on you. Take care my friend
I’m not worried about it one bit. These paints are mixed with so many other things. Not to mention i resin everything. The ppl are Sherwin Williams probably don’t know the extent of acrylic pouring. 🤷🏻♀️ But i appreciate the input nonetheless 😊

I have never had a painting crack on me
Hi, are you using for your pillow a latex house paint? Also, are your TLP and Amsterdam paints mixed only with Floetrol? Many thanks.
The pillow paint is a house paint.
As for how I mix my colours check out video 504 for a full tutorial
Just curious as to why you would want to use a more expensive base paint to get the same results you got with your other paints?
Because this is done using the bloom recipe/ingredients. Which calls for a thick base paint.
Es sieht schön aus ....🤩 mir gefallen dein Bilder sehr ,hätte eine Frage...dein fön..hatt er viel Power oder bläst nicht so stark ? Kannst du auch ein empfehlen?
