Okay so first off, this was one of THE most requested songs over at our patreon page since the day we reacted to Bang Chan's Connected - which is totally about wifis and nothing else.
Secondly, we did NOT know that BC did this song with Lee Know - once we found out, it made the song 10x better instantly. And now that we've heard the song, we can safely say, yes, this song is absolutely about driving. What y'all on about? XD

It is so nice of Bangchan to keep us safe on the road.
First, him and Hyunjin taught us how to stop at red lights, and now he is here with Lee know telling us how to drive. how sweet
Hyunjin and Lee Know take motor vehicle safety very seriously. Channie was just featuring on their tracks, and had little to do with the production. He's more interested in helping us troubleshoot our internet connectivity issues. 😇
In a 2 kids room Han mentions this song and calls it "Ride".... Which might be slightly telling as to what HE thinks the song is really about? 😂😂😂

Yep... driving.... on a motorcycle...... at night..... just driving, totally.... And don't forget, apparently written by our English King Lee Know 😂, Chan said so himself lol!!
Also, just the way they lose it performing this on stage, playing with the autotune to the max having the time of their lives with the biggest smiles and laughs. Hard to dislike it.
Seriously, the 'in the course' verse screams Bang Chan XD not Lee Know
@@HandsomeSausagesand he doubled down on that, complete with back story, telling us in a Chan’s Room that it reminded him of when he would drive the golf cart on the golf course for his dad when he went golfing. That was the course he was referencing, of course 🤡
FYI. This MV was filmed the next morning after the emotional Kingdom finale which ended around midnight. I still remember when they suddenly did a live streaming together after the shoot in the afternoon, but at that time we didn’t know why they were together. They looked so happy. Band Chan’s skin is usually so white, but here you see tanned Channie from Wolfgang.
My favorite part is the "skurt skurt" for some reason. It's so random but fits so perfectly. 😂
The first time I heard Drive, I legit thought it said "Inter**urse in the night" 😅 now you can't unhear it either 🤭

I'm pretty sure that Chan emphasized that the song is totally just about driving. (And totally nothing else, not at all.) Which I believe just as much as Super Junior D&E singing "Ride me" in Motorcycle and that's 'totally innocent' and just them 'impersonating the motorcycle'. Like... Yeah, sure. Their "Ride me" and Chan and Minho singing "쉬지 않고 달려 feel the heat inside" is totally innocent 🤭

This is super off-topic but I think you guys would appreciate Electric Callboy.. their dynamics and silly videos and the way they make their music and use their transitions is similar to skz in a way. They're metal/pop/hardcore/party but idk I love them both haha.

Taste, Drive, Red Lights, with Connected way far behind (it's just not my style). Although Drive is the one that is easiest for me to listen to in almost any mood.

Pretty sure they're fluent in Korean, and are not missing anything. They often have to explain Korean word play to us.

Oh we actually do have it on in Korean most of the time :D We just use the OG video while editing so it doesn't show!
