I had PCOD but i cured it without any OCP becuase OCP has its own side effects. i just did regular walk for an hour, healthy food, 12 glass of water per day, and taken Slix DS sachets for consecutive 3 month on the same time daily from 5th day of periods to 21 day. I have concieved now after a miscarriage last last year.

@@anushkagarg5447 it's cured my ovaries are cysts free, my insulin resistance problem has resolved alongwith with normal FSH, LH and testosterone hormones.
