- Everyone said, "Don't Go!" but I went anyway......and I had an amazing experience. You can let fear stop you from doing things, or you can go see for yourself. Of course, I'm careful and street smart, but really, everyone in this part of town was welcoming and friendly. Noticeably more so than other cities I've visited in Ecuador. I had a fantastic time and I'll visit Guayaquil again for sure.

Excellent video, lots of very friendly people as expected in Ecuador. You truly live life boldly and I feel like you fill a much-needed niche, especially regarding Latin American expat realities, I can't think of another channel that really takes on topics like you do and has your spirit of exploration to find out for yourself. Between biking into a pack of dogs or walking notorious streets of a huge city with your camera, no one could say you don't live life boldly. 😅

Amo a mi ciudad con todo el corazón y soy conciente que estamos pasando pir un mal momento por la inseguridad sin embargo a pesar de los contrastes mi guayaquil lucha por salir delante, teniendo mucho que ofrecer turística y gastronómicamente hablando.
