Hey -awesomd job! Curious, did you need any additional building/planning permit?

G'day mate, good job it looks like it's coming together well. Just a quick question: I've been looking to do the same with my pergola, the only concern I had was moisture collecting under the roof. Does ventilation keep that to a minimum, or did you install some moisture barrier between the roof sheets and the insulation to help minimise ventilation?
Really like the cladding and skylights:)

Hey mate, I have had no problems with moisture, the roof ventilation with the corrugated sheets sitting on the rafters is letting enough free flowing air through to combat this, I might add this is how the rest of the existing home is built as well, if you were super concerned you could add foil board insulation but would no doubt be pricey, I have just finished my build and have another vid going up shortly, all finished now was well worth it 😀good luck with your build 👍🏻

Thanks mate, I’ve used pretty expensive materials eg james Hardie board, tas oak etc and porcelain marble tiles (video to come) all up cost me around 40k would be well cheaper if you used plaster and carpet, depends on your taste and budget, well worth it but, we love it
