thanks I was finally able to use a script from 2010s despite my pc having the newer python 3 which interfered with the syntax
I added 2.7 to PATH too, very good, maybe 2.1.16 was outdated

unfortunately its not recognizing python as a command

I use the msi version to install on Windows 64 bit
