Beautiful quilt, so summery looking. I think the pattern is called "Irish Chain" and it's the quilt I have top of my list to make by machine piecing (I've only ever hand pieced so far). Your video has inspired me to start gathering blue fabrics, as I love the effect you got. Thanks for sharing❤. Your binding turned out perfect! The handstitching was worth it😍
I am finishing my second quilt only, queen sized memory photo quilt totally hand sewn and I sew like you. I put the entire quilt on the table to take the weight off. Yes, it’s a lot of work, I’m busy now 20 months and I’ve had my frustrations because of what I’ve chosen to do, but I absolutely loved doing it for my son. I’m in Croatia at the minute as I’m finishing it off. I’ve learned something here because I always start in the middle. Thank you.

Rosie, color pallet of all your projects always looks so perfect! But it’s the most difficult part for me - choosing right color combination - the gold middle between declutter and boring.))) maybe you can give some advice in color theory for beginners?.)
I just love this can you please explain what size to cut the white strips in the outer border with the squares in it? I can't wait to start making this also what fabric did you use? It's so pretty!
